The location was simply excellent, within walking distance to main attractions of Sentosa island and both, the cable car and train, to reach the other sides of the island. Has a shopping mall on the ground floor, a collection of restaurants just outside and just a hop to universal studios. Their breakfast selection was also superb.

The room service food menu could be better, I would rather go out and grab a bite than oder from their service menu; which they serve in takeout boxes, (to be more green) but not worth the money or the taste. Their lobby is nice to sit but not much to offer in terms of food, which they have a self serving checkout food shelf.

The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is perfect as it’s close to all facilities and theme parks on Sentosa, and easy access to Vivo City (a huge shopping mall with more restaurant and local food options) by free skytrain. Make sure you get the QR code from hotel which changes every three days to enjoy the free ride. There are also some good restaurants near the hotel. Swimming pool is clean and well managed, though no lifeguard which is not an issue for us. The breakfast buffet was good, but one has to go a bit earlier to line up. The hotel also offers some grab and go breakfast items at lobby if you are in a hurry.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. special mention to the bar staff who linked us up with Rock Bar to help us open a coconut we bought from NTUC. the staff also took special care to decorate the room for our anniversary celebration.

there is renovation going on so it was disruptive when we wanted to take a nap in the day. there were also teething issues with the room like shower takes a while to warm up. the breakfast and pool area is a walk away too.

Professional friendly front office staff and concierge, excellent room service, great breakfast with so much variety and staff in full attendance, clean room and bathroom and good facilities, a wonderful location. Our kudos and thanks to all the staff who were genuinely happy to do their jobs and so very polite. It made it a pleasure to deal with them. We have not had such a good hotel stay in a long time. It created a lovely 4 day (3 nights) holiday for my husband and me in Sentosa Island. One we'll always remember!

Nothing much, except perhaps brighter bedside lamps for night reading.

We stayed here for two nights in September 2024. It was my birthday and we were offered a room upgrade and early checkin on arrival. The staff, in particular, Honor, did a great job welcoming us. The room was superb. There was a gift, chocolates and they even delivered a birthday cake to our room. The breakfast was unreal. Every option available. The staff in the breakfast room were very attentive. Comfortable beds and pillows. Would definitely stay here again 100%.

Just a thought, there are no power plugs in the bathroom, so it would be nice to have a mirror above the bench in the main room to plug in the hairdryer etc.

Responsive and accondating front desk and restaurant staff. High standards of cleanliness of the hotel premises and staff training is evident in our stays. Every level has hot and cold water and ice cube dispensers. Generous with complimentary cakes, balloons, chocolates, card for birthday surprises. Cones with balcony and ceiling fan, important for our family to ventilate the bedroom in the day.

Single bed is a tad smaller than what we usually have in our vacation buy it's alright for me. Customer service staff could reduce the number of times on requests for good reviews on services. Eg. I received these reminders at almost at all the occasions I interacted with a particular staff.

The room was spacious and staff on duty were friendly. The hotel was located nearby Harry Potter and USS. It was easy to get to anywhere, and there was even a microwave for you to heat up your food at the hotel lobby. My family and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ora.

I couldnt find an ironing board to iron my children's crumpled tops and bottoms.

The hotel is spacious, the staff friendly and accomodating. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of stations (bread/pastries, noodle/soup, congee, dimsum, hot food, waffles, egg/omelette, fruits/cheese and cold cuts, juices/coffee/tea), the hot food section changed daily (we were there for 3 days). They have a water and ice machine per floor and in your room they provide you with an ice bucket and water jug to refill at your leisure. The rooms are also equipped with a ceiling fan on top of the AC. Apart from the usual amenities, they also provided a hand held steamer along with the hair dryer. It was easy to get to the monorail and walking distance from Universal Studios and the aquarium. There were a lot of things to see and do. We had 3 children below the age of 5 with us and it was easy to maneuver with the prams.

They had hard floors in their rooms which wasn't cleaned daily. Their food outlet only serves breakfast, the lobby has snacks and drinks you can purchase, and i think room service was 24/7 but otherwise you will need to find someplace else to have lunch and dinner which isn't too far off from the hotel.

The Hotel was in easy walking distance to all the attractions on Sentosa. I like that the hotel has a QR code to copy to access the monorail and explore Singapore. the room was very clean and had all we needed for an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was delicious and the staff in the restaurant were amazing.

We found the staff at the concierge desk to be a little rude at times when we asked a question. They made us feel like we were bothering them.
