The resort is located in Sentosa and has a very good and beautiful rooms, very large room, I book two rooms with my family and I was very satisfied, the rooms are very big and very quite during the night so you can sleep well for your next Singapore exploration next day. My children were very happy because everything was nearby, the resort also provide shuttle bus, electric car to drop you from one location to another such as Michael hotel which is most of entertainment is there. Very close to cable car as well. I like the location and once I visited Singapore again, then this resort will be my best choice. Thanks Equarius resort, please keep it up the same momentum.

The staff are very friendly and helpful with charming faces, they provide me with very good information I require to explore Sentosa Island and I benefited a lot from them. My children enjoyed a lot. I cannot remember the name of staff, but I really appreciate all their support during my stay. Special thanks to Ryan (Room cleaner) who's coming to clean our rooms in daily basis with smiling face all the time. Thank you team, please keep it up the same.

The staff was absolutely amazing we felt at a home the staff at the concierge Poppy was so helpful and the gentleman Rahim was always happy to help the property has such a welcome aroma it’s always clean they have a free shuttle busy for resort guest only taking you to the hotel near by one stop takes you to the universal studio it made life so much easier we felt so Comfortable using this service it was our first time using any sort of shuttle bus I absolutely recommend this hotel can not comment of breakfast or food as we only booked the hotel rooms absolutely amazing hotel definitely worth your money

Breakfast and staff breakfast, they were kind. Reception & Conciegerie staff always there to help Room cleaning (they are collectors, they even tidied up my things, so cool) The room, in particular the shower

To get better : I understand it is well intented but Don't pick up luggages if you don't drop them within the hour in the room. Kinda hard to not shower and change clothes after a long flight. I finally came back 2 hours later taking myself my luggages in order to get to the most wanted shower of my life.

A nice e resort considering it is in a city. The pool is nice. The semi buffet breakfast was good. It is close key attraction like adventure cove and universal studios, although shuttle is needed.

The shower room can't drain water away. We have to use minimal water to make sure it is not flooded before we finish the shower. Called the hotel to fix it but it didn't improve. Water pressure was weak and temperature was not stable. Slme hotel staff are obviously very green, while some staff didn't seem too friendly, although we could also find some good ones at the tangerine dining place Room temperature was not stable as well. It is sometimes cold and sometimes warm.

The resort was fantastic , the rooms were perfect and very quite , shuttle bus was a perfect services which take you to entertainment located near the hotel . My appreciation to Mr. Kojin and his reception team who were always facilitate our needs they provide us good rooms which so quite and also our thanks to the resturant staff for thier good services and friendly deal .Equarius Hote will be my choiice if I will visit Singapore in the future,

Loved the aspect that was so peaceful and relaxing. Wasn’t over crowded and allowed us to proceed at leisure to how we want our honeymoon. Breakfast at the Tangerine in the main hotel and not the buffet, brilliant a credit to the hotel. The staff so friendly and helpful. Thank you Mr Fish.

I think the idea of allowing free access to the park would be more advantageous. Also asking for a deposit after paying cash full price via a debit card was a bit much. I don’t use a credit card and then being told I can leave $500 cash as a deposit . Because I can’t leave a deposit with a debit card! What? What would I do with that cash money when I leave. !! Apart from that our stay was fantastic.

The location was excellent the staff couldn’t do enough for us they were really friendly and the hotel was really clean

We booked a deluxe garden room for a family of four two adults an 8 and a 9 year old child .. they would only provide us with one extra bed even tho the room was big enough for two beds they then charged us an extra 112 dollars a night and then although we had booked breakfast as part of our stay we were then charged extra for the children’s breakfast and were told that the room only comes with two breakfasts .. basically to accommodate all four of us with breakfast we would have needed to book two rooms which is a bit ridiculous for a family holiday .. also the hotel didnt have a bar or anywhere to whine down at the end of the day to get a glass of wine and drinks there’s no shop in the hotel either u have to get the shuttle to the other hotels ..

The hotel is very comfortable, and they gave me an upgrade room with the view to the aqua park. It was amazing. The bed was great, also the breakfast, and the swimming pool. The perfect place to relax.

It's a bit far from everything, so you need to whether take the shuttle from the hotel and wait for it each time, or you can use the ride hailing apps, meaning some extra cost. Nothing major, though. I had a great time there.

We returned for another short staycation at equarius after a wonderful time 6 months ago. Service crew, especially Hazel, who planned our arrival so well. Everything was beautifully arranged such that our stay was fun and comfortable. Service in the hotel, from reception to concierge to room amenities… all so wonderful. Thank you for making my girl’s stay so memorable

It’s quite a walk from station.. shuttle bus is very frequent to make up for the distance
