Beautiful place, clean rooms and great location

The algae in the pools and the mosaic tiles in the bathroom which didn’t give the resort vibe

The hotel, facilities, particularly the swimming pool were exceptional! Mindblowing in fact. The layout of the room is thoughtfully constructed and we were lucky to be allocated a top floor room overlooking the pool and sea. The service during breakfast was very good, and the selection was decent to kickstart our day. I had freshly cooked omelette every morning. The pool is most definitely the star of the show, taking centre stage of the hotel. We travelled with my 2.5 year old daughter and we spent every morning till midday playing in the water. Magical.

The poolside bar was unattended on the first day but open the next day. It took circa 8mins waiting for the bartender to take my order, as he was too busy sorting receipts. When he finally approached me, all I got was a, "Yes?" Though he was slightly quicker on the second order he seemed more intent on tidying than serving. When you're paying $20+ for a beer, I expect exceptional service but the service at the bar is plain awful. He is solely why I rate the hotel 8/10 instead of 9/10.

The room was ok but not spacious, the view from the room was absolutely fantastic, cleanliness was on point,..breakfast very fine... the atmosphere the best for anyone on holiday

Customer care lacking... for example I had paid money for nights yet I spent 4 nights... when I tried to contact the reception they were abit rude with no explanation.. They simply say contact agent,, on contacting my agent she tells me they ain't responding to her emails, calls etc... thus was over charged ...I deposited my passports and us dollars but they refused all insisting I first go by train to vivo city to get Singapore dollars which too me many hours stranded and tired as I had spent almost 24 hours from Uganda to Singapore...

Excellent pools, convenience store nearby, location

Restaurant - no free water provided at dinner ($9 for a 750ml bottle of still), saw a kid being sent away for asking for water. Horrible. Breakfast nowhere near justifies the price tag - very basic.

Room was small (as expected) but plenty of room for 2 people. We are a family of four and had interconnecting rooms. Not much room to hang clothes up, but I knew this prior to booking and it wasn't an issue for us. Location was great, within walking distance to everything on the island including universal studios and water park. Pools were fantastic and the kids loved them, also has a swim up bar. We arrived just before 12 noon and were able to check into our rooms early which was a bonus.

Unfortunately the mattresses were too hard for us

Great location to all attractions on the island and has a wonderful free transport system either by bus or monorail. The room had a great view, was large, modern and very clean. Good water pressure in the bathroom. The reception staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel has 3 pools one of which was the children's pool which was closed. So the larger adult pool was inundated with screaming and yelling children who were bombing and running around. Clearly no parental supervision. Maybe the smaller adult pool could of been used as a temporary children's pool. The pool area needs shade umbrellas over the lounge chairs. The other issue were the thin poor quality pillows on the beds.

It's a incredible or I should say its an amazing experience in this hotel. For location, Hotel is near by Imbiah station of Sentosa express. You can go to anywhere in Singapore except Zoo. Zoo is very far for anywhere in Singapore. For employee,s experience, it is very amazing whatever is lobby's employees or housekeeper. They are very nice to answer any questions from you and gave us many helps during stay. One little thing I should have a few complaint. Native Kitchen has no more kind of foods we can choice. However, this hotel is an amazing hotel and is my first choice when I arrive Singapore next time.

We had an amazing stay and absolutely loved the convenience of the location! The proximity to Resorts World, Palawan Beach, Vivocity, and Fort Siloso made it easy to explore and enjoy all that Sentosa has to offer. Having the monorail and bus drop-off close by was a huge plus for getting around. The pool area was a highlight and provided a great spot for relaxation. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, assisting with taxis, dinner recommendations, and more. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to relax by the pool or explore Sentosa Island and the mainland. A wonderful stay overall!

The rooms were small but very clean, and we appreciated having adjoining rooms for the extra space we needed. However, the fridge was quite small; it fit our basics like milk and fruit, but a bit more space would have been helpful. One suggestion would be to provide guests with information or a map showing the nearest supermarket, like FairPrice, for added convenience. Additionally, it would be great if the hotel could work with ComfortDelgro to increase the availability of taxis on the island, especially in the mornings. We often found it challenging to get a taxi, relying mostly on Grab, as no regular taxis were available at peak times.

The location is decent - close to the tram and beach and universal (like most things in Sentosa). The pool area is AWESOME - REALLY REALLY BIG AND VARIED AND PICTURESQUE. THE 7 - 11 at the complex was a life saver!

The breakfast is way too expensive - and they have NO VEGETARIAN OPTIONS. I would strongly recommend buying breakfast items from the 7-11. Reception Staff was very helpful but a little slow - check in took very long (maybe it was a new person)

We had a nice room on the 7th floor with a good view overlooking the pool. The room size was good but not huge. Reception were very helpful and provided a Qr-code for free travel on and off the island on the monorail. They also gave us the early check-in that we requested that was much appreciated. The swimming pools were of a good size and modeled on Pamukkale in Turkey, so pretty and fun. The on site restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was of a good quality, the staff were excellent and remembered us as hotel guests after the first night. Site security was good with room key operated lifts and pool access. The room was quiet with the only noise being people walking past the room. The bed was comfy.

There was always a lack of sunbeds around the pool (February) although we always managed to get one within half an hour by waiting for people to leave. The room safe was a little small and my SLR camera wouldn't fit. Site security was good though. The location was OK but navigating to the beach was tricky, a site map would be helpful. There was no wardrobe, hangers and hooks were provided but there is limited space for clothes hanging. The sink is outside the bathroom which was a little odd but not really a problem.
