The hotel has a convenient location, attentive staff, and excellently planned transportation.The breakfast is excellent, with a well-thought-out menu in the main restaurant from breakfast to lunch. There is also an option for a light snack.

The main downside is the inconvenient room layout—there is no direct access from the master room to the bedroom. Everything else was as expected.The secondary (Italian) restaurant needs a instruct the manager, as menu items are missing, and the quality is lacking.There are no spa treatments available on-site; neighboring spas are recommended.

I really liked the interconnected room on level 4. As a family of six, we found it spacious, clean, well-maintained, and comfortably air-conditioned with a very cold temperature—perfect for relaxing. It was peaceful, and the interior design was superb!

I was disappointed with the long wait to check in. I arrived exactly at 3 PM, but there was a long queue, and it took 30 minutes to complete the process. During peak seasons like December 24, Christmas Eve, more staff should be assigned to handle check-ins more efficiently. Many guests, including myself, were visibly frustrated standing in line, especially considering the premium rate of $1,000 per night.

Lovely quiet homely hotel especially after coming from the Sofitel in Nusa Dua which was extremely noisy. Loved the location and the shuttle to Vivocity was excellent and made it easy to get around. Perfect for our family as we find it hard to accommodate having 3 kids, but the interconnecting room layout was perfect and they put an additional bed in for our youngest free of charge.

Compared to other Sofitels perhaps a bit more tired and grounds were a bit overgrown and less manicured.

Sofitel Sentosa’s environment is very nice, despite being a relatively old hotel on the island it is very well maintained and refurbished, the environment is really good. Garden rooms come with a very nice view outside as well. Our dinner was kindly upgraded to buffet due to us having a small kid and this kid has no patience waiting for 3 course meal to be served, that was a pleasant surprise.

There isn’t a lot of amenities for toddlers, the pool is 1 single big pool with sallow end at 1.4m, a little bit more difficult to use for small babies. The hotel is also located a the far end of Sentosa, making trips to other parts of the island a little bit more effort.

Luxury property, very stylish and spacious. Marcus at bar near pool was a brilliant host, who went the extra mile. The perfect hospitality ambassador to the hotel.

My booking wasn’t logged when I checked in and took 20mins to find. Price went up $1,000 from what my booking showed. I complained and it was changed. The breakfast was disappointing every day. Very little choice of interesting foods and breads were always stale. No mini bar in room and no room service for drinks or snacks. A shame, because the property is beautiful. Generally other staff were very friendly.

Too loud music in the bar especially day hours. Cannot talk together. Old used towels not removed from sun beds at the pool when people have left. Don’t look good and messy. Your staff is nice indeed. But we realized that the main part your staff unfortunately are smelling heavily of old sweat. Having lived in Asia many years we are used to different smells but this is significant. Both your staff at pool and in the restaurant. However In the bar we did not realize this. Not nice to be served with nice food in the restaurant and then the waiter is smelling ugly. Sorry my expression. Pls offer them soap!!!

Wonderful 1nite stay,the room is comfortable but slightly bigger & include one more seater will be perfect! We had a delightful outdoor dinner at the Cliff, Italian Rest.The Waiter is so attentive & helpful to assist us in ordering the food (forgot to get his name but really want to say a Big Thank You to him) We really had a delicious & lovely dinner with nice view of the sunset. But if package come with Breakfast will be great! Thank you.

Love the whole feel and design of the resort, especially it is pet friendly. Great holiday vibe when turning into the hotel entrance.Furthermore, the carpark is free. We were given 2 complimentary drinks while waiting for the room to be ready. Hotel staffs were friendly and patient. Grateful to be able to celebrate my sis' bachelorette party at the Suite. Thank you to the hotel staff, Anne, who managed to upgrade for us. The living room and bedroom were spacious for the dogs to roam around. There was mosquito repellent provided as there will be mosquitoes at the carpark area. Breakfast buffet was great, we enjoyed it.

Had to wait about an hour for room to be ready even though we checked in after 3pm. Hotel a little away from sentosa grill fest at siloso so best to drive over. Tried to walk there but had to turn back as it started raining. Kwee Zeen is under staff i guess, the staff were not very attentive to us when we attempted to have dinner there.

The concierge is a wonderful team and they served as wonderful first impression. The decor of the hotel is gorgeous. The wheelchair access facilities were well thought of. Although we did not have enough time during this stay to enjoy all the facilities in the resort, what we saw and had time to experience leave a good feel overall.

Check in experience was quite shocking. There were only 2 staff manning check in counters with a long queue of guests waiting to be served during this peak season. First night's dinner at Kwee Zeen was a wonderful experience but the impression took a nosedive the next morning during breakfast. A female staff told us to put our pet dog on the floor and not on the chair. I reasoned that our pet dog was allowed on the chair the night before. She then walked off.

We enjoyed the short stay in Sentosa when friends visited us. The hotel restaurants were nice as was the location -- not far from Sentosa Cove (a 5-minute drive away).

They are remodeling the area of the hotel that leads to the spa so you have to take a shuttle instead of walking (well you could walk, but that means walking on a road that doesn't have a sidewalk most of the way). The shuttle is convenient; however, the hotel isn't as nice with the construction site (this is temporary so I'm sure it will be better once finished). We also didn't enjoy the overcrowded pool and there was no kids pool available for families with young kids. The spa also doesn't allow children to use their pools so the spa facilities were useless for us as we like to spend time with our child.
