the hotel Staff in general were helpful and hospitable.

the old chief in egg station is really racist, against arab and Muslim. He was really nice and polite while talking and dealing with Asian people, but every time a Muslim lady approached him to order her egg was rude and grumpy. this is unacceptable.

Our room was lovely and was cleaned daily. The room had UK plug points plus USB charging points too. The beds were comfortable and all required essentials were included - shampoo, conditioner etc. The room was a good size for our family of four. There are plenty of good restaurants within a 5min walk by the Marina. Staff were helpful and friendly. There is a huge swimming pool which is open 24hrs with a great water slide for kids (pool towels were provided). We much preferred staying on Sentosa as it felt less busy than the city centre and it was close to the kids amenities that we wanted to visit (Universal Studios, Aquarium). Tips: 1. If you go to Universal Studios, you need to buy the Express Pass. The ride queues are insane (we visited on a Thursday in August and even a tiny kids' ride had a 50min wait time). 2. Don't miss the Supertrees light show at Gardens by the Bay (each night at 7:45pm and 8:45pm). 3. Book the Marina Bay Sands viewing deck early if you plan to visit. 4. Download the Grab app as this is the best way to book a cab in Singapore (in our experience).

Breakfast felt chaotic. You had to queue for a table for breakfast each day which came as a bit of a shock. The food at breakfast was varied and of a high quality though.

The room was suitable for family with young kids. (If you choose twin room - It will be sufficient) Amenities in the room were superb. Fast Respond from the staff. Breakfast was decent (I have tried better from other marriot hotel this one just ok) Pools were amazingly clean and big - Kids super love them I can see the gym looked nice eventhough havent got chances to try this facility And they do have a great program to those who'd enjoy a direct short getaway to the hotel.

Not Significant, but the lighting button was a bit confusing and a bit strange. Off course the shower ( and they.do provide the guide directly) Should be great if Bidet available inside the toilet.

I love my whole experience at W Singapore! I had booked my staycation here at W to celebrate my birthday. I had the most amazing 4 days 3 nights at this hotel. I loved the room and how all the amenities were easily available and necessary for my stay there. The room was very well furbished with items that provides for a comfortable stay there. I loved the idea of the pool being 24hrs and I enjoyed my late night swims. Although the location was very far in to be driven via car, I do not regret my decision as my morning views really made my day. All the hotel staff were very polite and greeted me every day. Room service also provided a great care with the room daily. I also enjoyed the cake provided by the hotel on my birthday and also the surprise pancake birthday celebration on the morning of my birthday at the kitchen table.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to do things at sentosa, there is a free shuttle bus that comes every 15 minutes and pick up from hotel to most sites. There are plenty of restaurants outside. The stuff is super polite, helpful and friendly. The rooms are very nice and we loved the pool too. The Best part is the breakfast! The best buffet you can imagine,!! If you love to enjoy an excellent breakfast that's the place, there won't be any fallout here. The selection is amazing, both for adults and kids. From huge range of pastries, cakes, deserts, fresh expensive fruits, pancakes, waffles, notella bar! Salad bar, marinated vegetables, Hummus, many salad sauce, inidian section that includes Indian breakfast food too, ramen corner, Chinese food, Asian food, eggs in all sorts, smoked salmon, many breads, jams, fruit bar... The selection is huge from Asian to western in high quality. Loved our stay, would definitely come back again.

There is no kids menu for hotel restaurant at lunch or dinner. That was a bit of a shame.. But there are many restaurants outside.

The overall living experience was actually quite good. However, during the breakfast buffet on the second day, the lady staff at the noodle station was extremely rude. I can't believe a five-star hotel would have such employees. Because of the bad experience I won’t go to stay at the hotel again and won’t suggest to my friends either ！

We had requested for a late checkout which was confirmed by the front office guy Ryan, so much so that the late checkout time of 2 PM was written by him on the key card holder. But on the day of check out someone from the hotel came to the room to enquire abt our check out time. Even after telling him that we have been given a late checkout by this particular gentleman from front office, our both key cards were disabled which was extremely surprising! This was something that should not have happened. Rest the stay was great. Amazing F&B staff, pool is great. Overall I would rate it 9/10. However this particular instance left a very bad taste.

Great swimming pool and resort chilled out music vibes with plenty of sunbeds, day beds and hammock swings. Also the spa facility and the smells in the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with everything you could want catering for different cultures as well. A truly excellent hotel.

Maybe the spa could have a shared sex area pool for couples. But actually the separation of male and female was ok.
