Exceptional! Hotel’s location (surrounded by a shopping mall and many dining facilities), room’s view, cleaning, rich and tasty breakfast, beach bar and an infinity swimming pool. The most important for us was an excellent room’s arrangement (including cakes) for kid’s birthday celebration at our initial request, which was really appreciated! Their extremely kind personnel (would only mention Sufri - a front desk manager, but all others were very good too). Will definitely return there at any further opportunity!

Hotel is complimentary providing a shuttle bus to a few destinations in Singapore at every single hour (7-19) - excellent idea, but not used in the between 11-14 due to driver’s lunch break (not sure about Singapore regulations, believe that three hours for lunch time is a bit long period). Rooms’ size remembered us about Japanese hotels more than a western style hotel. Elevators (four available) are probably not properly setup as quite long time waiting for. All these are minor compared with the positive remarks, but better to be mentioned for their continuous improvement.

The breakfast line is too long and I could not eat 2 times among 3days. 😭

Pleasant surprise. Previously it was the Park hotel and then it shut down. I know the area and hence booked the reopened hotel in a new name. Super surprised that it was as good and cheaper than most comparative ones. Excellent reception team, great service staff, in general the service is excellent. Hotel is located next to lots of cafes and restaurants. Toast Box next door to get your local coffee early morning. Easy access to public transport. Beds were great. Rooms are small but spacious enough for a few nights. Highly recommended.

I had low expectations at that price and so no complaints

Hotel is very modern and at a very convenient location with a lot of convenience stores, cafes and restaurants at a stone’s throw. We were here for the Formula 1 weekend so all the properties were extra expensive hence the “value for money” rating but it could clearly be much cheaper considering the amenities they are providing and the size of the bedrooms.

When our “do not disturb” sign was on outside the door as we were very jetlagged after a long flight, we expected some rest but housekeeping knocked on the door to “make sure we didn’t need housekeeping” which wasn’t that big a deal but a ludicrous experience. We also weren’t a fan of the breakfast.

We booked this hotel as it is close to family living in Singapore, and it more than met our expectations. Our thanks to Mr Iqmal at reception for allocating neighbouring rooms, and a surprise upgrade to Club level including a generous breakfast was a wonderful bonus. The beds are super comfortable, rooms are clean and fresh. Our favourite location is the pool overlooking the neighbourhood, and poolside pizza after dark. There is a good range of eateries close by , supermarket and pharmacy in the opposite shopping mall, and getting to the closest MRTs is very doable by bus, 2 -4 stops. We're looking forward to returning for the second part of our holiday!!

Amazing staff especially I want to shout out to Lavin who was our pool bar attender. He explained about all the cocktails that we chose and even gave free nuts to snack on. Rooms were comfy and cleaner lady was always had a happy face and greeted us every time we saw her. Perfect location for hawker centres, bus stops and other restaurants 1 -3 min walk from hotel.

Nothing major, minor is if they able to control the AC in the room will be good and when we walk outside /C and lights turns out by itself I know you guys are saving electricity but when we walk from outside so hot and by the time the room gets cooler it takes easily 15-20mins.

Staff was always helpful and pleasant. The facilities were quite clean. I had appointments at NUH so location was good for going back and forth by taxi. And, there are many eating options within walking distance.

Noisy neighbors who spoke loudly until early hours in the morning. This might have been the result of the walls being a bit too thin.

The location was situated next to ikea and is very close to all the good and yummy food. Hotel's breakfast was tasty with local fare. I like that the room was cosy and the bed was comfy. Service was prompt and efficient.

Complimentary carpark perhaps could have been per day as opposed to per stay. But other than that, all was good.

There was nothing to dislike. Everyone was professional and nice and pleasant to talk with. The bar tender on the 7th floor was absolutely she was so much fun to talk with. A very real person. I hope to come back one day soon.

The room was spacious, ample of space to walk . Fantastic idea of having a filter water system instead of toilet tap water for my morning coffee. Like the interior design of the room and topping it with the view cast option to connect the phone and TV!!! Makes life easier ! The pool was great too .

I wish there is an option to choose between a shower area or a bathtub .
