I like the staffs. They are very kind and polite. The lady in charge in the cafe/restaurant is very honest and caring.

No bidet in the bathroom. It is so hard for muslim travellers to enjoy this privacy need. The breakfast has a limited choice.

The hotel is kind enough to upgrade us to a suite so it definitely exceeded our expectations

Bath tub is a bit old and water is slow. Sometimes hot water will be used up in a few minutes.

Great location for us. Good set of bus stops nearby. Short walk to MRT. Mall next door with lots of food options. Few for us vegans but we managed. Mexican saved us :). Easy transfer from airport. We choose a room with a separate lounge and bedroom. Small kitchen. Needed a short trip to local supermarket in mall to stock up but we were then set for our 8 day stay. Would stay here again.

Staffs are very friendly and approachable. They went extra mile, up and beyond in ensuring customers’ comfort. Staff Kimberley Li is the star of Park Avenue. She offered the best hospitality to customers, by sensing customers’ needs, offering help, services and facilities of Park Avenue readily without us even requesting! The hotel facility and rooom is suitable for both business travelers and family staycations.

Breakfast itself was ok. Free wifi was working fine, Also the shopping center nearby was useful.

To my surprise breakfast was not included in the room price, I had to pay for it with credit card every time. I just don't understand why it could not be charged together with my room bill. That was not convenient.

Very clean ( which is always my priority). The price range for the quality is excellent. Loved the staff attention to detail. close to a major food center with tons pf options. 5 minutes to the MRT.

Initially a bit of wandering to find the entrance From Rochester Drive. Could be signed a bit better after you cross over the intersection at Rochester Drive.( If you walk from the MRT that way).

The location is very convenient and the room is spacious.

It may be better to have a sliding door instead of the typical door between the rooms (common & sleeping areas) This is because I have a young child who keeps moving between the rooms and I have to keep opening and closing the door for her. And if I use the door stopper, the door partially blocks the walkway to the toilet. The door handles may also pose as a potential hazard for a young child when and manoeuvring around that area with this arrangement.

The staffs were really nice and attended to our resists and questions straight away. Location was superb and next to the Buona Vista station.

The showers didn’t work a few times during our stay, where there were no hot water coming out halfway during shower. Nevertheless, the staffs were notified and fixed the issues straightaway.

Good location - bus stops, MRT station and shopping mall, fast food outlets, eateries and restaurants are within walking distance. Staff at the reception and concierge as well as housekeeping are friendly and helpful.

The shower head could have been one that is adjustable in height. Guests with shorter height would find it difficult to reach to adjust. Although there are face and bath towels, it would be great to have a hand towel for drying hands after washing at the basin.

I was in superior room. The room was good. Wifi is excellent. Location is great. The hotel is very near to Star Vista and Bouna Vista MRT. There are several restaurants nearby. The surrounding ambience is very nice. I enjoyed the stay.

Toiletries might be increased. A body lotion might be added with the existing toiletries.
