Excellent location for our trip's purpose. The staff of the hotel were very professional, efficient, and friendly, which we really appreciated. The price was little on the higher side but then again it's Singapore so I suppose that is not unusual. Overall it was a great experience.

The rooms (standard studio) are a little too small for two persons. The breakfast could have been included in the price we paid, considering the breakfast was quite basic. If breakfast included became a standard practice for the hotel, I would have rated it 10 out of 10.

Very close to NUS Campus (proximity to campus was my preference and for that purpose, this Citadines location is very good). There is an MRT station that is walking distance to this Citadines, as well as the Kent Ridge MRT station which is also walking distance. A coffee shop is conveniently located in the lobby (opens at 9AM). There is Hawker center next to the lobby. The NUS Kent Ridge campus is an easy walk and if you don't want to sweat it, about SGD 8.50 by grab. Fantastic infinity pool which unfortunately I could not use due to time constraints. Self-service laundrette (contactless payment) which is much needed in the sultry climate. The hotel room conveniently had a wash basket in the bathroom. The room is clean, had a small kitchenette. Bathroom was clean and showerhead was good, albeit water pressure was a bit low. NUH is a massive hospital complex with food courts that stay open pretty late, and also has a FairPrice where my son and I shopped for dorm essentials. Plenty of restaurants nearby but sit down restaurants are comparable to US rates. Better to eat at hawker centers and food courts at the MRT station. Downtown Singapore is easily accessible by MRT or Grab, if you want to do a bit of the touristy thing. Get a travel card for SGD 5, and keep topping it up (all international credit cards accepted).

Nothing that I did not like. For some reason, the onsite restaurant was not operational.

It is so perfectly organised for people to stay , for business. The loft room is incredibly comfortable and the curtains are amazing lol. The pool is lovely lovely. The water point is appreciated. I chose this place to be close to star vista to get a coach to Malaysia. It was perfectly comfortable.

The location is odd. There are people everywhere trying to sell a new residential property lifestyle which was a bit creepy. But at the same time, there were some nice restaurants and the Kent Ridge station wasn't too far. Also, the surrounding greenery was so beautifully curated, and the geneo building. Everything shuts at the LATEST 9pm which is a bit sad.

The facilities provided were superb. The room was spacious and comfortable for a work traveler like me. In addition, I can cook my Ramadan fasting meal with the provided kitchen. Definitely will consider booking this hotel again in the future.

I didn't like the cleaning services as they make an arrangement not by daily. This is because of the garbage and leftover food from the cooking; I have to keep it for two days as there is no garbage chamber to throw it away by myself. This will lead to the unpleasant smell in the room. I suggest they do the cleaning on a daily basis for the room with a kitchen.

The pool under maintenance still No breakfast as routine , no food service or kitchen to provide lunch or dinner That is because the hotel is relatively new .. still to complete this service But over all very near like 4 min walk there is food corner it contains gud items

Got a free upgrade to a king's room, and the room is just fantastic. It's not huge (35 sq.m.), but so well designed, that it feels much bigger. There's everything you might think of in the room, including a kitchen and a washing machine. All other points, including staff friendliness, cleanness etc. were also on the highest level. And I would also add that the location is much more comfortable than it might seem from the first glance. Just a few minutes walk from a metro station with a great reach to all important landmarks.

While the building is located in a somewhat unappealing office park area, the building amenties and room itslef (I got the executive loft) were great. The gym was 24/7, the wifi was pretty good, and you get a great view out of the room window of the city which I think would be harder to have if you were in a hotel in a more downtown location. I also appreciated the responsiveness of hte staff to requests for cleaning the room. I will say that even though I got the executive loft, I cannot imagine it being comfortable for two people unless you're planning to spend most of the time out of the hotel.

The breakfast options were slim, especially for a vegetarian like me. They only offered a boxed breakfast and the ones I inquired about had meat in them. There is a canteen (HawkerLab) right next door with some more options, but still limited if vegetarian. However, this is the general challenge for the entire country, and I'm oftne pointed to Indian food whenever I ask for vegetarian options.

New, great location for Kent Ridge MRT & for NUS. Lovely staff who helped with changing rooms when the one initially allocated to me was too noisy as it faced the highway next to the hotel. Liked the in room facilities - kitchen, microwave, fridge

It was not clear on booking.com that the room I booked was a duplex - the photo shown was of a standard room. This more the fault of booking.com than the hotel - but it may lead to problems for those with reduced mobility. Some rooms really get a lot of noise from the highway.

The rooms are nice and big. We had a lovely view of the city from the 15 floor. The check in process was quick and easy. The water filling station is a great idea. The swimming pool is newly renovated and quite big.

The location isn’t great. There are no restaurants to dine around the property, so you are a bit secluded.It took me quite a few attempts to connect to the room wifi. The dryer part of the washer/dryer was not functioning effectively even after they replaced the machine. Request for ONE hour late check out was not accommodated.

The location was peaceful and quiet. There was also a multi-cuisine foodcourt at the ground level. I really like the thoughtful furnishing and how the room opened up into a pool. The hotel provided all utensils and additional ones on request, laundromat was great, and the staff was nice and polite.

My room had a loft, which did not have any space even to stand beside the bed. Well, I guess that is too much to ask for - properties are expensive in SG!
