Tall building with spacious apartments. Good service, very polite and professional personnel, cleaning was done frequently. Room has fully equipped kitchenette and washing machine. Hot water was really hot, air condition works well, TV has many (free) channels, Wifi is fast and reliable. Very nice view from window, but no balcony. Window is double-glazed and tinted. Breakfast doesn't have hot dishes - only toast and hot pies are warm, other meals (like yoghurt , fruit, veg, cheese ) are served cold. Location is near several bus routes. Walking distance to NUS.

Soundproofing of the apartment entrance door is not that great, but there is another door in the room so it's not a big problem.

The room was very spacious, modern, we liked the smart TV with all the apps, the pool area was really nice and quiet. The view from the 11th floor was also very nice. The location of the hotel is close to bus stops, so you can get around the city very easily. Also, we appreciated that we could get coffee anytime from the lobby. Great value for money. Totally recommend, we would stay at this location again in the future!

It's simply the best place on the West Coast.

If you don't have business on the West Coast, the location might not be particularly convenient, e.g., for lack of a MRT station within walking distance.

Very clean and very comfortable. Healthy breakfast but can try to have more varieties.

Location is a little far from the city. To mrt not within walking distance but fortunately the bus stops are just in front of the apartment.

On the whole it was a wonderful and very enjoyable stay. Staff were outstanding and friendly service. Sound proofing from adjoining room could be improve. The event dinner buffet was a delightful surprise for all in-house guest. Well done!

Breakfast was very basic. It was good but could be better. Also breakfast was not available on public holidays and weekends.

Could have someone ensure instruction booklet is in starter pack for new occupants (washing machine instruction booklet/Qr code was missing when we moved in. QR code could be stuck to the individual appliance to avoid going missing.

Wonderful apartment hotel with large pool and leisure areas. The breakfast was okay in the context of a business trip. It was not crowded and the receptionist was very welcoming.

The breakfast could include some warm food (eggs, etc.). Otherwise nothing to complain.

The reception area, spacious lobby with a beverage counter available all the time the wonderful Kith cafe.
