I did paid xtra for 2hours,instead of booking out at 1200noon,I'll extend till1400Hrs,but there's ni communication among the respective reception fir the night and day to pass the message that they did call me to ring me that I've checked our in half an hours time,this little thing are the most simple FuNdEmEnTaL that they should know,I was still resting whole they rang me to give the check out call...&room 102 level one is leaking from the air con

The accessibility of the hotel and its close proximity to other facilities (Clementi Mall, parks, Restaurnts etc). Very accessible using the buses and a few minutes drive to MRT station.

I feel the hotel is overpriced. They should at least include breakfast on the prices.

The staff were nice and informative. They answered all our questions detailedly. The room was bigger than expected, even though the bathroom was small.

The pillows were a bit hard and the room a/c leaked on the first night. But they fixed the leaked fast.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel is easily accessible by bus and train. Its also near a recreational park.

not too close to metro but there is a bus really close by you can use to go to other places or even for metro transfer. overall location is good due to some food stalls and 7/11 nearby
