Although we were disappointed with our original disabled room on the 5th floor but Pop on reception efficiently managed a transfer to larger room on 12th floor. The staff were very friendly and all were willing to help, particularly Kit a waiter who took it on himself to assist me as disabled and Shida on breakfast room reception who was very friendly throughout our stay. We picked Genting Hotel as only hotel in west Singapore and only 2 km from my son's family. We were impressed 2 years ago on our initial visit

The staff are very helpful and patient. I checked into the hotel with my bestie, who had a leg injury, before proceeding to our next location. The staff were very kind and offered a wheelchair for her. They also assisted in bringing my luggage to the room. The room was clean and well-maintained, and most importantly, it came with a hairdryer. There's a link bridge to the bus interchange and MRT station as well. If you're looking for a hotel in west area, Singapore, Genting Hotel Jurong is the best option. 10/10

Being pricy isn't their problem but mine. I'll work harder to make more money so I can afford to stay here again!

The support from the staff. We had a problem with the doors, i.e., the locker that was broken and we could not enter the room. This problem appears twice. It was solved and we got the upgraded room, so the service help, especially the manager, was very helpful. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of traditional and international food. The room was clean. The location of the hotel was amazing, very close to the railway station, and a beautiful garden, very peaceful and quiet.

Reception staff were very friendly. I would like to specially commend Devy who helped me during check-in. She was very friendly and even noticed my birthday was a couple of weeks ago. Housekeeping was also very prompt when we asked for items like extra bath towels and utensils. And the complimentary cup noodles were a very nice touch. My wife enjoyed them. And complimentary car park has been updated to allow multiple exits. That's great!

Small, expensive (over S$200 per night) room but this is typical for Singapore and there aren't many options for hotels in the west. My Superior Room (18sqm) was ok for one person with one large suitcase. Two people would have been a tight squeeze with probably insufficient space for two large suitcases. Room was comfortable and had blackout curtains. It was well-lit and had good light controls. The bed and pillow were comfortable, and good water pressure in the shower. Bathroom was small with insufficient space for all my toiletries (I like to use my own), but the hotel did provide liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. Location is probably not best for tourists but for the right purpose, it could be considered well-located as it's near the Jurong East MRT and adjacent malls, and close to neighbourhood shops and the Jurong industrial areas. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the MRT station, half of which is via covered walkway. All in all, it suited my purpose as I needed to stay in the area, and would stay again.

Kind staff with great location near the outlet and department store. a lot of great restaurants. near bus interchange and MRT Jurong east station. take 5 minutes to bus station and 10-15 minutes to MRT. free drinking water with sustainability concept.

The hotel is easy to get to from the train station and within easy walking distance to food, beauty, shopping and medical outlets. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Pop who organized our taxi to the airport among other things. The gym is small but sufficient and the pool is clean and refreshing. The rooms/bathroom are comfortable and clean. They allow you to store your luggage in on day of checkout and pick up when leaving.

As with most places in Singapore you pay a lot for your accommodation and Genting is no exception.

Location as easily accessible to MRT & buses. Near to neighbourhood shopping malls & eateries. Staffs were friendly, check in was smooth and fast. Was surprised what the hotel provide instant noodles in our room as we were infact hungry being arrived at wee morning hours. Loved the breakfast although varieties were small but good enough to fill our stomach & loved that the coffee ☕️ Will be my choice of hotel for next visit back.

Still preferred bottled water as more convi and easily carry around. Our noodles & drinks were not replenished on our last night stay 😏 Had to ask for cutlery as was not supplied to eat our instant noodle.

The deluxe room is spacious, well maintained, good TV channels, clean bath and positive vibes all around. Excellent service from the staff. The facilities like the gym was good enough too. Free regular shuttle to-fro Sentosa was super helpful.

The room was comfortable, the train station was not too far. We liked the pool and the gym area. The staff was friendly, particularly the manager in attendance for the evening shift on Nov 23-25 (I lost her business card with her name on it). She was attentive and effective.

Travelling in Singapore is long, complicated, and exhausting. It was difficult to get housekeeping to attend to the safe in the room when it had trouble. But once the manager got involved everything was very good.
