Room size and amenities, daily housekeeping, ease of check in and out, very helpful and accommodative front desk. Pool towel provided near the pool. Towel for gym use provided too. Borrow an umbrella from the front desk if you need, as the weather is erratic.

Improve on signage to hotel lobby especially for 1st time travellers to this location as lobby is on 1st floor. 2. AC in gym was too strong and cold, didn't get to sweat much

I accidentally double booked the room when I booked it via google search thinking it was directly the hotel's website. However there were hidden costs and taxes. Luckily I'd rebooked it via booking.com, the rates were substantially different between the sites. Upon following up with the hotel, they told me that they would contact the 3rd party site, which was Agoda, and have requested that they do a full refund. The price difference between the two sites were more than double. Very helpful and accommodating staff at reception (Bel) for helping me in resolving this duplicate booking issue. The room was clean and very peaceful, which was perfect for a quiet stay.

A bit further than our last hotel to the MRT and shopping malls, but they are not far - within 5 to 10 min walk from lobby.

Super clean and excellent and friendly front office staff. Reception Staff was very prompt to take action to rectify an issue in my room. It is a convenient location set in a garden sanctuary with peaceful neighbourhood. Far from the madding crowd and yet close to eateries and public transportation..

Perhaps housekeeping service could be more prompt in delivering simple requests such as h as replenishment of beverages(coffee/teabags) to the room. Also if they could prepare a jug of water in the room for guests checking in late at night, instead of having to do it ourselves after a long and tiring flight. Just for the first time.

Quite and peaceful location , yet placed close to Bouna Vista MRT at 5 minutes walking distance . Very friendly and helpful staff . Super Clean Rooms , linen and fixtures .Great water refill facility on each floor saves the expense on buying water. Much recommended for tourists .

First time navigation to the reception on the 2nd floor is a bit confusing as there are two lobbies at the main entrance .One of them is a office entrance . Trash 🗑 in the room bins was not being cleared by the housekeeping along with the rest of the clean up on each day for some strange reason . Although not a major issue but it's good to have a cleared bin every day.

- location is fabulous: a very short walk along mostly covered pathways to the bus stop, metro & mall, making it exceedingly convenient to travel around Singapore and feed hungry bellies - very tranquil & peaceful environment, though it is situated practically along a busy street - we love the self-check-in/out kiosks: it was very user-friendly and so efficient - the room itself, though not very large, is very comfortable, thoughtfully designed & clean, and by the end of our stay, we grew to love it so much we were sad to leave — of which the toilet deserves a special mention: with its spacious standing shower, large sink area and double doors, it is nothing short of lovely. Though apparently there were many guests staying at the hotel at the same time as we were, we hardly met anyone; the general atmosphere of the hotel is very calming and peaceful, making for a most comfortable & enjoyable stay - the staff is professional yet friendly & approachable, and exceedingly helpful

On the ground floor, It is easier for guests if you have a small sign to say the reception or check in counter on second floor.

Very clean and paid attention to my allergies and asthma requirements. Quiet and green spaces around so one feels removed from the busy city buzz yet we are in the heart of a trendy zone . Def thumbs up. I can say that hands down more comfy and spacious layout ( the design is very eco friendly and thoughtful) than some five stars that I had awful experiences at!! See my review

Food menu should have more variety of fresh and organic produce choices . People will pay for this kind of quality and choice

Breakfast was a little cool and not as tasty as I anticipated but we only had it on one day so it wasn't really a problem for us. Robot cleaner was interesting when it joined us in the elevator and took precedence over our choice of floors! Entertaining though.

Room size a little compact and not much storage so lived out of the suitcases. Wifi was quite weak in the bedroom and choice of channels very limited (disappointing as the Olympics were on during our stay).

It’s was a great stay with awesome team looking after my needs. Although I wish I had been allocated a garden room like I did previously. They were kind to offer me a premier room on the next day but I had already settled down in my assigned room on the 6/F. Love the quietness and ambience surrounding the hotel and its greenery. A convenient spot to access to eateries and transportation. Will very likely come back to stay.♥️ Highly recommended.

I really love the hotel dispensers. It's kind of green hotel so they don't serve you water in bottle but provide you a big jug in your room so you can add your water from the dispenser on you floor at any time. The room is well designed with working area, small relaxing area, good size of bathroom separating dry/wet area, and all necessary amenities. Nonetheless, blanket could be too thin for some people and a bit narrow for two people, and I didn't see bathrobe in a room so not sure if it's by request. Staff is friendly, helpful and detailed, you can them anything or even a little big late checkout. The location of the hotel is close to MRT, just a nice walk from Buona Vista station, where you can enjoy some greeny park view while walking. There're also community malls and proper shops and restaurants around, unfortunately, we'd like to try local standalone restaurants like stalls or hawkers but couldn't meet any near one, but that's not a big deal. If your destination is NTU, MOE, The Star Performing Arts Centre, or any place around Buona Vista, this hotel could be your right answer.

The width of the blanket, but keep it that way if it's related to eco/green policies. I prefer the hotel to be strict with this eco value. Thank you :)
