It doesn't include breakfast and the location is far from city center but so close to NUS university which I had to to go. And there are a lot of different kinds of restaurants around the hotel with qualified foods and cheap.

Lights in the rooms, facilities (I had a very small water boiler and a plastic water pitcher). and maybe by doing some changes in decoration there will be more space in the rooms

relatively convenient for INSEAD Staff were really nice

There is no cover over the peephole in the door, so the light comes in and I had to use a facemask to sleep When I arrived there was no bathmat - was provided after first service. The maintenance works in the hallways until late in the evening was sometimes quite disturbing.

Clean and comfortable and in a great location convenient to NUS, the bus terminal and some shops and restaurants. Very good value for money.

The rooms are very small (no floor space to put my luggage) with nowhere to sit other than the bed. There is no food available on the premises other than a vending machine for snacks.

The friendly reception that provide all informations we need, even about the eatery around and transportation. The hotel always smell so nice and not crowded. The lift works really fast and the place is quiet, room is great, nice food around with 7 eleven nearby.

The bed is a bit old but acceptable.

Restaurants, convenience store and bus stop close. We didn't need to pay an aditional tax for towels and bed sheets.

The paint on the bathroom floor was peeling a bit and there was floor mantainence on the hallways during the stay.

Ambience and location

The air conditioning was functioning took a while for cold air circulation but, the entire room did not feel cold despite the lowest temperature setting. Was still able to direct the air conditioning air flow towards

Friendly staff, good value for money, clean bed and bathroom. Housekeeping done regularly. Good location if most of your SG travel plans are centred around the NUS area.

The cupboard in the room seemed a little flimsy and couldn’t be fully opened because it was blocked by the front door. But, this was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel rooms we stayed were clean. It was also beside a bus station and road cafes and restaurants that were affordable.

Convenience and Easy.

alot of restaurants just around the corner. and a 7/11 for shopping round the corner.

it’s a 3 star, so u get what u pay for. pleasant staff. clean and it’s ok for a night stay
