Super comfy, worth the money especially if u wanna go for a retreat from the bustling city life. Got ice in fridge. Bathroom smells nice Suitable for couples / small groups. Owner was nice,changed the tv remote for us.

Distance. From MRT/ bus station, have to hike the haw par villa park, go thru it n exit at the back entrance. Around 300m. Not suitable for kids, especially when they've been tired coming back from traveling the whole day. No mart/7elevens nearby. Grab car from vivo city to here around 10 dollars

i give it a 10/10 for accomadations and amneties..but better for those with own transport..cause if not need to walk up the road..good for morning walk tho😁..apart from all that,i recommend this place to those looking for peace of mind,healing and etc...job well done..lorraine (the person in charge was very helpful😁)great job

The room was great for our needs, clean and well equipped with new furniture and appliances. The (murphy) beds are comfy, but note that the one of them is opened instead of the TV sofa. Lorraine, out host, was super nice and accommodating for all of our needs. Access to the Haw Par Villa MRT Station is great during the day, not only an easy walk downhill, but also with the nice statues in the park. The place is very quiet, located within a park, with no traffic noise and only the occasional gardener in the morning.

The location is a bit isolated with very little shops and eateries nearby. Getting back from the MRT station or bus stops is uphill and is harder with luggage or a stroller. After 7:30pm the park access is closed and a longer hike to the other access gate is needed. That gate is also closed later in the evening, but a guard is there to open, if needed. I'd recommend obtaining the security booth phone number, to be on the safe side.

The host gives clear instruction of the checking in procedure . Quiet and peaceful place to stay . There is Netflix /youtube available . Stayed here more than 5 times and I am still loving it . I can park my car right in front of the container .

Cool location near Haw Park Villa - nice and secluded feeling. Comfortable and modern feel, unusual and fun experience.

Wouldn’t recommend bringing any food due to ants. Kinda inconvenient to not be able to run AC with one person in the room if the other takes the key card. It is kinda hard to find.

Very friendly and helpful staff members. The container experience was fun.

If you stay there in summer, be aware the place is surrounded by trees. It’s nice, but it also means there might be (very small) ants. Not a big problem if you keep the room clean, though.

The place was quiet and private, relatively easy to find it. Lorraine and Felicia, staff from The Container Shipping Hotel, were of such great help. Really like how they reached out to me personally to assist me in my stay here. Check-in was a quick affair. Facilities were good, everything I needed was there (microwave, hairdryer, fridge, cutlery and plates). The icing on the cake was free Netflix👍 Enjoyed my stay there, even if it was a rather short one!🌟😊👍

Quiet, comfortable and generally clean. Loraine, the owner (i think) is friendly and helpful. There's netflix if u decide to stay in. There's a fridge with a pack of ice, also salt, pepper and oil to do simple cooking. Spacious enough for 4 ppl.

Nothing for me but do understand given the location is near lots of greenery one should expect some insects but the hotel did provide insect repellant.

Very very quiet and remote. Very good getaway from the buzz of the city life. Excellent (Bosch) amenities and nice cutlery. Excellent smart tv with Internet connection, with free Netflix. More than enough power plugs! Very nice Interior Design.

The door for the shower area leaked and was hard to control (got fingers and toes caught in the door).

I love that the container hotel is fully equipped even down to the little kitchenette having oil, salt and pepper provided for our cooking! Superb. I’d love that for the toilet, they’d provided a dental kit (just toothbrush and toothpaste) but all in all the room exceeded my expectations.

Only thing is that a simple dental kit of toothbrush and toothpaste be provided.
