I’ve absolutely loved the place. My room was rather small but it didn’t matter. AC worked very well, the bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, the pool was genuinely great. The fitness place was okay. Metro station is across the road. Botanic Gardens only a few stops away, easy to get anywhere really. A cool Hawker centre with tasty inexpensive food and live music nearby

Although small (which is normal for Singapore) the loft apartment didn’t feel too claustrophobic as the bed was on another level and the room had high ceilings. I also liked that it was in a quieter part of the city and so using the metro to travel to and from the apartment was a lot less crowded than more central parts of Singapore. I also had a buddy that flew to my window to say hello on most mornings :)

Didn’t really like the TV being at the end of the bed as it meant having to go upstairs and be in bed if i wanted to watch something on a big screen. Some might find the location a bit far from the main tourist sites.

The hotel is in a strategic location, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transportation. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. Plus, the facilities are quite complete—from the fitness center to the business amenities, everything you need is available.

While the hotel is in a great location and offers solid facilities, one downside was the cleaning schedule. Rooms are only cleaned once every three days, which felt a bit too long—especially for guests staying multiple nights. More frequent cleaning would definitely enhance the overall comfort

The room is spacious for me (not having a luggage bag), we take the loft room. The location is very quite which is good. Facilities are good and convenient for our stay as well! Washroom is spacious. The location is very near to MRT, just a road away. Nearby in the MRT station have plenty of options for food!

Only have one chair, can't eat on the table with two person. The floor have a lot of observable dust. Mrt station is near, but from circle line travel to tourists spots like Changi airport, Gardens by the bay etc., will need to change stations. After 10pm will be difficult to find food, you need to Grab.

Loved Lyf ! Excellent location, close to the MRT and a mall, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. Plus, the quieter location was relaxing, with some nice local walks. My room was comfortable, very clean and although small, very cleverly designed, with all the facilities I needed. The shower was perfect ! Staff were friendly and efficient and very importantly, as a solo traveller, the hotel felt safe and secure. One gentleman always welcomed me back to the hotel when he was on duty, a little gesture much appreciated. I would definitely stay again. Thank you 😊

There really was nothing I actively disliked and can only make a suggestion regarding the bedding. The quilts felt extremely heavy and the cover was an envelope style, without fasteners, so easily came adrift from the actual quilt after a nights sleep.

Close proximity to MRT. On the quiet side of the area. Has many facilities (gym, washer & dryer, communal kitchen, pantry on every floor, swimming pool, luggage storage, bike parking, etc.) Clean and nicely decorated room. Actually has decent soundproofing between rooms. Has a large space under bed to store luggage. Bidet in bathroom, spacious shower, steady flow of hot water. Room amenities include a laundry basket, a water pitcher, and eating utensils.

The DIY section lacks items. No ready-to-eat items. Drinks are only bottled or canned drinks, limited options. Some staffs can be more friendly.

Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Aircon was delicious, it was very hot outside. Pool was great, with towels on poolside and sun loungers with shade. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of fridge and storage space. Secure luggage storage area for pre and post check in.

Tiny, tiny query really - why is the cutlery, glasses and mugs stored in the rooms? You had to carry them down to the kitchen each time - maybe hygienic reasons - which I can understand, as having stayed in other places, the washing up of some is not great!??🤔

Excellent value. The hotel is comfortable, right next to the metro station, and the staff is friendly. The hotel's kitchen is sufficiently equipped for cooking standard meals.

The water supply in the kitchen seems to be rather limited, as the taps only produce a trickle. The tap for cooled water was out of order for the whole two weeks. The good price comes with a few things that usually are fine, but might be unattractive to some. For example, the rooms are cleaned, and bed sheets are changed, on average, only once a week.

Lovely condo hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay! The bed was very comfortable, and the room and bathroom were both clean and well-kept. The outdoor pool was a nice touch, and the rooftop open area was perfect for hanging out and relaxing. Although the hotel is located a bit away from the main attractions, it's just a 1-minute walk to the One-North MRT station, which makes getting around Singapore super easy. Inside the MRT station, there are great restaurants and supermarkets—so convenient for dining and grabbing essentials. The area is very peaceful, unlike Geylang, and it's especially perfect for solo female travelers. I love this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
