The staff are friendly, and we were accommodated for an early check-in. The dining room staff are especially welcoming, with a special shout-out to Rahim for being so attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our daily breakfast. Even after checkout, we were allowed to leave our bags and use the hotel facilities to freshen up before our flight. The hotel's location is conveniently near the MRT station. Both the hotel and our room were clean.

Minor service improvements could be made, such as providing additional hygiene kits (lotion, bar soap, mouthwash, etc.) based on the number of guests staying in the room without needing to be requested. Late checkout fees are quite pricey.

Awesome breakfast although we only used once of the 3 days; Huge room and super comfy bed which was most importance after a long haul flight. MRT is a close, as is Newton Circus Hawker Centre.

Executive Lounge was very crowded and range of F&B very limited compared with many others we have experienced; Spa was disappointing - don't answer phone (can't speak English), and then were unable to offer facials - only massage. Therapist was 20 mins late. Pool is lovely but looked much bigger in promo photo.

Our recently stayed at SheratonTower Singapore was an unforgettable experience!. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had stunning views. Due to unexpected reasons. we arrived at the hotel at 1 am early morning . Mr. Edward the front desk officer greeted us with a warm smile and provide us best hospitality. He even offered us additional amenity for our comfort. That was excellent! One evening, the concierge staff Mr.Puru provided us with excellent recommendations for local dining, ensuring we had a fantastic meal. All the staff was very nice and helpful. The Sheraton Tower hotel is highly recommend to anyone who looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service. Plus the hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk to famous Orchard Road.

Everything! The staff were absolutely amazing, from check-in to check out, so warm, friendly, welcoming, informative, and enthusiastic. Our pool view room overlooked the neighboring parklands toward the city providing a green, relaxing vista in the center of the city.The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom and room in general, was spacious and extremely comfortable.The location is handy to MRT and also local eateries, Newton Centre is a close walk and serves food and drinks until late. After a long overseas journey, the hotel did everything to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. The buffet breakfast is outstanding, a huge and generous variety of local and international food and beverages, and overlooking a gorgeous water garden and waterfall. The staff here really do make the difference, and a particular thank you to Simon who greeted us when we arrived and also cheerfully assisted us when we departed. We will be back!

Breakfast - wide variety of choices. Good quality spread. The crew on breakfast duty (on both days) were fast & efficient, including the kitchen staff too. Sandi of Front Office (on duty on 2 Aug @ 2.40pm) was exceptional, worth a shoutout. Very pleasant, courteous, super efficient and informative. Location was another plus point, 10 mins walk to Orchard or 2 minutes walk to Newton MRT station, which is one station away to Orchard.

We booked two rooms but only one for the day we arrived at 6am because we did not want to pay for the second one just for a few hours. When we arrived, we were greeted by Edward the friendliest and most accommodating person at the front counter. He not only made our check in smooth but also organised for us to get the second room earlier and on the same level as our other friends and family which was great. He was also very helpful throughout our stay assisting us with our needs on an ad-hoc basis.

The location to Newton MRT Station is very good along with the breakfast with very friendly staff.

The rooms are starting to show their age although they are still comfortable. The bath/shower would be a problem for older people instead of shower only.

The room was very spacious with all amenities provided. Cleanliness was very good.

Food quality need to be improved for breakfast & lunch especially. Toilets should be provided with hand held bidets (in room & lobby toilets) as not everyone uses tissues to clean themselves.

Very good location, only a short walk to Newton MRT. Rooms are spacious and bed is good size. Staff are very helpful. Umbrellas are available to use outside. Good variety for breakfast.

Breakfast seating was very limited and at times disorganised. No one would tell you which table to sit at so it was finding a table which was free. Hotel location is location a bit further out so if you are looking for something for central then would advise elsewhere.
