Lovely place! We''ve been welcomed with a bright, warm welcome and a nice smile! (Many seem to not be aware that..... Smiles count A LOT). Spacious studio with own terrace and made us feel like in our own holiday place. Parking seems to be a bit of an issue when the house is full. But even though the villa is placed in a small curve, the visibility seemed to be good enough, so I think it is allowed to park on the street if really needed. We've noticed some spaces on both sides, walking distance (unsure if they belong to other villas or not). The villa is placed up, the view is great, fairly obstructed by the trees but still beautiful to see. Spacious bed, 2 TVs, one sofa and a little kitchenette and a small fridge. One bedside bulb missing and ine of the remotes not functional, but luckily we could use the other one for both TVs. Sadly we forgot to mention this to Reception. But that means it didn't bother us 😀 Inside the villa was peaceful and nice all the evenings, mornings and at nights. We were not staying in day time. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices. Walking distance to almost everything. A small warning for people who might not be able to make effort... There is a bit of walking up the hill coming from the centre towards the villa crossing the park.

Our room was really big and the receptionist was very nice. There was a nice park just down the hill. Breakfast was bread, boiled eggs, cheese, veg, cake, yoghurt, very simple but good. TV had loads of channels!

Parking was really tight and unfortunately there was a very strong smell of sewage throughout the building. The lady at breakfast was nice... but a little overbearing about little things, watching everything we did, and rearranging things after us. We also had to finish eating quickly as there were people waiting to get in, and the tiny area meant there was no space for them unless someone left. The location is a little far, and there was no tea/coffee machine in the room.

The hostess was very friendly and easy to reach at all times. The included breakfast was nice and you had several options to choose from. There are 4 spots available in the on-site parking and when it's full you can park on the sidewalk in front of the apartment. The room was comfortable and clean. It is a short walk from the old city and near the white tower.

It's an uphill walk through the park by foot but still very convenient location given the proximity to the center. The parking can get crowded. There is a strong smell as soon as you enter the house, mostly likely from a disinfectant. Doesn't smell bad, just very strong smell that luckily is only at the entrance. The bathroom had no window and the ventilation was slightly weak.

The location is very good. It's across the street from a stairway that leads to a park that goes directly to the old town area so you can get there in a 5-10 minute walk. There is a bit of a driveway and parking so it's easy for Ubers to pick you up and drop you off. You get a door code to enter the main door upon arrival so timing is very flexible. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable and it was nice and quiet at night.

The bathroom in the top floor room I stayed in wasn't well ventilated. It just had a small fan that had to be turned on so there was always a bit of lingering cleaner smell in the bathroom. The breakfast is pretty mediocre. It's just some bread, samplers of meats and cheese and one sausage.

The location is great - right by the old town, so you just need to step outside. The room was spacious, and if you arrive after reception hours, they provide simple self-check-in instructions.

Rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy. Also, since Brașov is surrounded by mountains and many guests go hiking even in wet or muddy conditions, carpets in the hallways and rooms aren’t the most practical choice.

It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bath is very spacious. There was no view from our room but it is big enough. The breakfast have many options. It is on the hill but 10' to the old city by foot

We didn't meet the owner but we discussed with messages. The parking place is for 4 vehicles and the rooms are 10. I don't know how easy is to park in the area, if you don't find empty place.

Located in the hills with a lovely view, even from the superior family room. Very good soundproofing. The place was clean and well organized. Breakfast was extra delicious, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

There was no air conditioning, but surprisingly we still slept comfortably and the room remained pleasant throughout the night.

Very near from old city center, few minutes walking. The suite with large terrace. Very good and various breakfast. Excellent coffee. Good room amenities.

The breakfast space is too little if all the rooms are full. Only four tables are available inside. In the summer the space can be extend on the terace, but on the cold weather is a little bit to crowded.

Very good location, just above Piata Sfatului. Large studio, nice and fluffy carpet. And a private balcony to drink your coffee outside. The bathroom could use a refresh - the toilet seat was wiggly and a lamp was missing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Moritz! When we arrived our room was upgraded to one with a kitchen and terrace...which was fantastic! Staff was super friendly, helpful, and available if needed. Free parking is available either on the street/sidewalk or one of 4 parking spaces in a garage. The hotel is located on top of a hill so we had to walk down to town or up to the hotel afterwards...which didn't bother us as we like to walk, but it is steep after an evening of eating and drinking :) . We did eat breakfast each morning of our stay as no breakfast locations were close by. European breakfast (meats, cheeses, and hard boiled eggs) and coffee.
