It was my 75th Birthday during my stay. Birthday Cards were displayed in my room and on my return to my room from being out during the day, I found a complimentary bottle of Champagne & 2 glasses awaiting me. Being late, I took down to Breakfast the following morning and this was quickly followed with the staff presenting me with a Birthday Cake, It was a lovely & unexpected touch, the Hotel Management's response was that they were pleased & honoured that I chose their hotel to celebrate my Birthday with them. Extremely friendly and would not hesitate to stay again.

An excellent location, a five minutes walk from the old town and the city center. The hotel staff are very nice.

The rooms are quite old and need renovation, especially the bathroom. I booked a room with a balcony, the photos of the hotel showed a balcony with 2 chairs and a table, in reality it is a very small balcony without any furniture that you can only stand on, there is no room for chairs and a table. At the entrance to the hotel you have to climb a few stairs, so if you have a large suitcase you should take that in consideration.

Cozy, clean hotel at the center of Bucharesti very close to Old Town. Old Town is just few minutes walking distance. The hotel is located at University square where you can find all public transport as Metro, Bus, Trolleybus. Also airport bus line 100 also stops at university square.

Choices for breakfast can be increased.

Firstly, I must say that the location is fantastic! It made it incredibly easy to explore the area. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the large room, which provided a comfortable and spacious environment to unwind after a long day.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback regarding the breakfast experience. I was expecting a more impressive spread, considering your hotel's four-star rating. Additionally, I was taken aback when my wife requested hot chocolate and was informed there would be an additional charge of €4. I believe that dining experiences play a significant role in a guest's stay, and I wanted to express my concern about this matter.

The hotel's location in the charming old town is strategically situated, with the convenience of being in close proximity to both the METRO and tram stops. Additionally, nearby attractions are easily accessible by foot, making it an ideal location for travelers looking to explore the city. The staff at the hotel are not only accommodating but also authentic in their approach to providing assistance. They are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights of the hotel is the breakfast offering, which is varied and diverse. Guests can choose from a range of options each day, ensuring that they never get bored with the selection. Furthermore, the hotel boasts a Nespresso machine, allowing guests to prepare their desired coffee to their liking. The beds at the hotel are incredibly comfortable, and the size of the room is quite spacious, especially for European standards. This makes it an excellent choice for solo travelers who value comfort and space. Check-in and check-out at the hotel are a breeze, ensuring that guests can quickly settle in and start exploring the city. The bistro at the hotel offers a great selection of food and beverages, making it a convenient option for guests who want to grab a quick bite or enjoy a leisurely meal.

There are two elevators available, each with a capacity of accommodating up to three individuals without their luggage. However, this may cause a slight inconvenience for travelers with multiple bags. Additionally, the shower enclosure's glass door lacks a stopper, which could potentially collide with the toilet bowl if not handled with care. Apart from these minor issues, there are no further concerns to report.

Excellent location. Close to almost everything you need to visit. To get to everything else, use Metro or bus. Uber and Bolt are available, but traffic jam can ruin the experience (like going to Therme București). Very good breakfast. Room is clean and comfortable.

Spring mattress is a little worn out. Perhaps this could be fixed. They provided transfer to or from for 36 Euro, but an Uber ride is only 13. Even better is to take the train from the airport to Gara de norte (cheap and not subject to traffic) and then Uber/Bolt to hotel.

Impressed by the breakfast. Very healthy food in which will give you all the energy you need. Not a ton of food, but I still loved it. Looked fresh Food served until 11.00 in which is great. Also a big plus with checkout at 12. Especially if you're at a holiday you appreciate the extra hour. Many hotels got checkout at 11. If I was running a hotel I would actually offer checkout at 12.30 and check in at 14.30. To offer something different than the rest. People don't want stress in the morning while at holidays. I rarely give a feedback. Only if I m happy or frustrated. Friendly and professional staff as well. A very good experience.

The location, the rooms are comfortable and the staff was nice.

The fact that I bought the same package as a friend, it was more expensive and he got a free transfer from the airport and breakfast included. When I asked about the breakfast they confirmed it's not included and I could add it for 19 euro per day if unscheduled, or 17 if I book it in advance (for the 5 days of my stay). For comparison, 19 euro is 95 Lei in local currency, I was able to eat breakfast at a local coffee shop for 20 Lei (or 4 euro).. IMHO its too expensive as they were asking for the same price as a lunch in the best places in Romania for lunch (or close to it) and from what my colleague said, the food was not great (cold eggs, oily food, etc...). Now of course, I cannot make his experience my experience, but i trust him as he is very picky with food.

This was my seventh stay in this hotel in the past four years. The measure of a good hotel and of an enjoyable travel experience isn't in the fluffy towels and immaculate linens, the comfy bed, the sizeable and clean room and nice amenities. Any hotel worth their salt provides these, and Peakture definitely does, as they do a 24/7 reception and noon check-out. But for me, it's in the small things: the cheerful breakfast lady who brews just the right espresso for you and remembers your preferences without prompt. It's in the professional, polite and friendly staff who recognise you and greet you warmly on your return. It's in taking into account your room preferences. It's in the platter of delicious, freshly cut fruit waiting for me in my room when I arrived. If you're a seasoned traveller who enjoys their comfort and appreciates good service, like me, then you know that boutique hotels can be little gems. And now you know that you should definitely give Peakture a try. 😊

Booked this hotel for a girl's weekend in Bucharest to visit Therme Spa. The location was brilliant, easy walking distance to the old town for dinner & cocktails, the facilities & rooms were spotless, great breakfast & comfy beds. The thing that really stood out though was the excellent reception staff. Upon arrival at the airport for my return flight I realised I'd left my purse in the room safe. This was the Louis Vuitton wallet I'd been given as an 18th birthday present more than 20 years before. Not only did it have my cards & ID in but my father's ID card & photo, who has sadly passed away. I thought there was no way I'd ever see it again! I called the hotel & the reception staff were so helpful. Housekeeping were unable to collect the purse as I'd left the safe locked so the reception staff went to retrieve it with the master key. They recommended a courier service & I am now re-united with my beloved purse. Not only helpful but incredibly honest staff! I wouldn't hesitate to book again & highly recommend Hotel Peakture!
