Very tasteful,luxurious and clean.the Spa is very nice.i loved the outdoors pool, it's amazing to swim surrounded by trees

If you have a wasp allergy or simply are afraid of them,I advise you only use the indoors facilities. By the outdoors pool there are so many that you won't even be able to enjoy a drink.nothing the resort can do about that,but it's a good to know fact ..

✅ Variety of saunas. Good breakfast. Very nice heated pools, both indoor and outdoor(visited March 7-9th 2025. Original design throughout the spa and sorroundings areas. 🤔Personally I don't like the vintage/French style water faucets in the room bathroom, which rotating type and both open and close in a mirrorring fashion, not both in screw-wind direction, others might like it.

❌ People are allowed to smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol near and in the outside pool. ❗ The tap water in the bathroom has some specific smell and makes your hair and skin dry. I don't know if it is because of water treatments or lack of.

I like the surroundings, the vegetation, the architecture, the plants, the staff, the facilities.

There is place for details, for cleaning or arranging the sheets.

The location and surrounding landscape are excellent. The pool and spa facilities were very nice. The room was large and had a balcony. The coffee machine in the room was appreciated. The reception staff was nice and polite. The breakfast was really good. We were lucky to be there on a day when there were just a few clients in the spa area (approx 10), but if there were more, it would have felt crowded.

The matress and pillows were not really comfortable. The room temperature was a little bit too cold. The personnel at the pool and spa was not too welcoming. Food in the restaurant is a little overpriced for what they provide and there is not a lot of choice.

Stayed in a queens room, the spa was magnificent (the best I have visited), we had complimentary food (excellent quality) and live music on Thursday evening, proper coffee in the bedroom and excellent coffee in the bar. The furniture and decor was incredibly beautiful (we felt like queen and king). There were building works in the parking area with obvious efforts to make the property sustainable and more comfortable. One of those places you think, I will come back and will have it in my list for possible events.

The garden needed a little bit of the same love the rest of the property had. Whilst some of it may have been due to a very bad weather, an experienced landscaper would have this pristine regardless. They had a beautiful dog that showed all the signs of being too scared to be approached by humans (made me really sad)

Spa 10/10 King room 10/10 Food in spa 10/10 Food in restaurant 10/10 I treated my husband to a night away as a surprise and he was so relaxed and happy we had an extremely fun day/night enjoying all that the hotel/spa had to offer. We will 100% be coming back for a longer period next time. the staff were so friendly, kind. They spoke english, my husband is Romanian so we got the best of both worlds. We had a late dinner, they made us desert even though the restaurant had closed. Thank you for the amazing stay!!

they only thing i would suggest in the Rooms are more plug sockets near the mirrors, i could not curl my hair anywhere near the dressing table mirror or bathroom mirror as it was only european plug socket, my adapter did not fit so i had to make do without the mirror.

The spa, the room, the food, everything was great. The overall experience was great.

Everything else! The location is amazing, the rooms are clean and spacious, the SPA is pretty impressive and the food at the restaurant was excellent.

Although it said that the spa is open from 10 till 22:00. The saunas started to get turned off as early as 20:30 and by 21:15 there was only one working. While in the morning they got turned on only at 11 which made them too cold to enjoy until around 12:00. Not that an hour is a lot of discomfort but if you’re thinking to get a quick session before checkout that won’t be possible/pleasurable.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant, having benefited from the multiple facilities included, from the different saunas to the variety of pools. The rooms were quite spacious, well-decorated and equipped while the staff was very hospitable and welcoming. The location is ideal, somewhat isolated but easy to reach and surrounded by a forest, the gardens are also pretty to walk through and there are multiple activities (some of them implying extra costs).

Our only recommendation would be related to the food from the restaurant/spa’s restaurant, which is not as varied as we would’ve wished, but otherwise everything was perfect.

I asked for the best room with a bath as it was my partners 50th Birthday .. well we got there the room was lovely . Also the reception staff knocked on door with a bottle of champagne and a fruit platter 😳😬 what a fantastic surprise 😳 very much appreciated and very thoughtful. Thank you again .
