Hotel rooms were very clean, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel has an old fashioned style, with dark wooden furniture. The rooms have a dark lighting which adds to the overall ambience. The sheets were soft, pillows were comfy, not too hard, not too big either. Each double room comes with two single-sized duvets (one per person), so if sharing isn't your thing, you're all set :) Good selection of items on breakfast, from cereals, to two types of cakes and mini pain au chocolate. Breakfast included hot items such as eggs, sausages, breaded cheese, etc as well as veggies (sliced tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, olives, hummus etc). Cold cuts were also present, as well as some cheeses. Overall a good selection. There are two restaurants, one for breakfast where you can also serve coffees and juice in the morning. The afternoon /evening restaurant is separate and has a wide range of traditional Romanian food, which was also very tasty. As a sweet toothed person, I particularly liked the Alivancă. My husband enjoyed the beef stew (tocăniță de văcuță cu mămăligă). Servers were all lovely.

The only criticism I would have is that the breakfast gets cold a little quickly. Breakfast is served in metal containers however there is no heating element underneath, hence my eggs were cool at 8:30am. Breakfast is served between 7am-10am. On the first night, we also had an issue where there was no hot water however this was an isolated issue. This was resolved within about 30mins of notifying the reception, and they were already aware of the issue.

We stayed at the hotel on June 15, 2025. It’s a large property with a touch of modern design — clean rooms, and a lot of visual interest thanks to modern art pieces and paintings both inside and outside. Highlights: + Super comfortable bed. The bed linen was absolutely exceptional — soft, finely woven cotton. I can’t recall experiencing such smoothy bedding anywhere else. Sleeping felt like floating in a cloud. + 24-hour reception. Very friendly staff at the front desk and in the restaurant — everyone spoke good English. + On-site parking. + The restaurant had already closed by the time we arrived (around 22:00) , but there was a McDonald's just a one-minute walk away. We brought burgers back and enjoyed them at a table in the hotel’s picturesque garden. The bar was open, but the cashier was closed, and we didn’t have local currency — however, we were allowed to pay for the drinks by card the next morning. There was also an option to pay in euros at a fair exchange rate to the local currency. The restaurant area is surrounded by thoughtful landscaping, with many tables tucked away in the shade of trees — a truly relaxing atmosphere. We would love to stay here

Overall good, just a few things that should be taken into consideration for future:better mattress, better breakfast

bad bed mattress, for someone with back issues I didn't really sleep .also for a 4****hotel the breakfast was a bit cheaper than what I have received in other 4****hotels.also quite far from the city center, you need to drive there, I wasn't very happy with it.

The big room, very clean, we appreciated also the parking spot, as we travelled by car. The breakfast was diverse, with a big space in the restaurant that does not make you feel either too crowdy or too noisy. Also, the elevator comes very at hand if you have too many luggage that you cannot carry by hand.

Nothing. The service exceeded our expectations, very nice staff. Overall, for our first time in Iasi, this was a place that we will recommend for sure to others.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Rooms are quite big, clean and comfy and anyway we got a free upgrade. In your room you get slippers, bathrobes and one of the most stacked minibars i have ever seen. Breakfast was a correct one, hot and cold dishes with a nice variety. For dinner they have a restaurant in the same courtyard that i highly recommend.

Room was very nice and spacious. All in all is a nice place we recommend. things we didn’t like are minor, just pointing them beacause maybe it helps

breakfast was a little bit poor hotel’s parking was full when we arrived because of a wedding ( here I think they can keep reserved dome parking spots if they know that clients have cars- like it was in our case cause this happend after they asked for our plate no) electrical outlets were very bad placed, we didn’t have one near a mirror, it was very hard for me to get my hair done

The rooms are large, the furniture and materials used are of high quality, the staff is very friendly. The food at their restaurant - Rustic- is very good!

Parking too small! Unfortunately the rooms are not very well soundproofed, you can hear from one room to another when talking loudly :))!

The hotel looks outstanding. Quiet location, it is somehow out of the city. Staff was amiable and helpful, and breakfast was plentiful. Spotless rooms.

It was freezing in the room. The truth is that the room's outside wall was glass only, and the only heating equipment was the air conditioning, which, as you can assume, was too loud to turn on during the night, so that was the reason for the cold in the room. If someone can stand the noise from the fan it will be ok.

I liked that it wasn't too noisy and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. I enjoyed the breakfast, there was enough food for everybody. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I would gladly return.

The TV had a tiny bulb emitting blue light which I had to cover to be able to fall asleep faster. The bed sheets were a bit rough, it felt like the administration was trying to cut costs.

The hotel is spacious, and the breakfast is really nice! We arrived late but the mac donalds next door was open. Our room also had a Bathtub which is always a nice feature.

It is located a little bit outside the city, but there is buses or taxis.
