Without hesitations I can attest that this is one of the best hotels i’ve been to so far. Firstly, great attitude from the staff: friendly and helpful people. Any issue would be solved within the matters of minutes. Secondly, it’s very clean and quiet place to stay in. Thirdly, the cuisine in Novella restaurant is great, every dish I ordered was delicious. Moreover, you can be offered a premium class shuttle from/to an airport at any time of the day which is really comfortable. For those who train regularly - spa/gym is opened during the whole day. We had an excellent one-night stay at this hotel in a luxurious king room! The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by an inviting ambiance that set the tone for our entire experience. The modern decor was the perfect backdrop for our getaway, creating a vibrant and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean, radiating a European flair. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also a highlight—nicely sized and ultra-modern, with everything we needed presented in pristine condition. We loved the complimentary perks, including fast Wi-Fi, bottled water, coffee, and tea in the room. Plus, the check-in and check-out process was a breeze, making everything smooth and convenient. And oh, you have to experience the incredible spa and pool! It’s the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. This is one of the best hotels we have ever been. > Check in - We came a bit early and they managed to accommodate us before the check in time, it may not work for everyone but it worked for us, which we are so grateful. > Room - it so spacious, clean and complete with amenities. Very quiet and comfortable bed. > Spa - the swimming pool is decent size and there are lots of treatment room available. Dry & wet sauna, Scottish shower and jacuzzi. > Massage - this is not included in spa package but I had facial massage and it's so relaxing. Definitely worth the money. > Breakfast - very nice selection of breakfast buffet. We definitely enjoyed it especially my husband, he went for second round. > Restaurant - we only had drinks and one meal but it's very decent, we didn't try a lot of dishes, and the portion was good. > Check out - the hotel advised that we need to inform them upon checking in if we need a late check out. The check out time is already brilliant, which is 12:00, but we asked an hour before our check out if we can stay for another hour which they granted and allowed us to stay until 2pm free of charge. Again, it may not work for anyone but for us, it worked. > Airport Transfer in Luxury car - it is definitely a luxury. This needs to be booked 24 hours before check in. The noise from the street (e.x noisy ambulance at 1-2 a.m). The lack of hooks to hang your clothes. Despite we had the DO NOT DISTURB button, they were calling us for asking whatever we want cleaning or not. TWICE. But DND button means exactly this: pls do not disturb by any means; we have been woken up two times by their call They weren't taking out of the hotel the luggage cart for helping you with your luggage. So, it was dificult to deal with the luggage, especialy if you had a lot of them (like us). Youghurt from roomservice was only available in the morning, so if you are with children and you want youghurt in the evening, for ex., is not possible.

Lovely place, I've only stayed for one night, but definitely I'll choose it again when coming back to Iași. Parking places, friendly and helpful staff, very nice surrounding music in the lobby and at every floor, and the room was awesome; clean, pretty large, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom.

The few hours I spent at the hotel were amazing. They took me to the airport in the morning with their luxury car. My partner, who stayed at the hotel, was given the opportunity to enjoy breakfast in the room, which was also amazing. Overall, the spa, pool, and sauna are 10 out of 10, and the attitude of the staff is one of the best I have ever experienced, having traveled to many countries across the globe.

Great hotel with great spa staff and services. However, the reception desk never helped when I wanted a late check out or an airport taxi. I felt they didn't offer me any services I wanted which was disappointing.

The reception staff didn't do much, i asked for a late check out that was denied and i wasnt given a life to the airport which i thought was part of my booking privelodge. The restaurant staff just talked amongst themselves even though I had finished my meal and was waiting to pay. I had to get an Uber to the airport myself, which was disappointing.

The room was comfortable, the bed is large and comfortable. The staff was great and the airport pickup was very convenient. The next day the breakfast was more successful.The spa was wonderful.

bathroom less so, in my opinion a suite like this should have a shower and jacuzz. The breakfast on the first day was nothing, there was no refill. it bothered me that the facilities inside the pool cannot be operated independently, you have to ask the staff. In the restaurant the dessert with the lemon was not tasty. And what I didn't like the most was that I paid for round-trip pickup to the airport. On the way back, I asked them to drop us off at Yashi, and they didn't agree.

The place is nice, the service is great and the staff is amazing. Everyone is happy to help, and they do their job proudly and with a smile on the face. That makes the place great. The beds are amazing, the rooms are nice and the apartments come with provacy glass for the more eger to have some fun.

On booking.com, where there are special offers, the prices are literally 25% more expensive, and also the description and images are misleading. I booked a kings bedroom that was supposed to have a big bathtub, and it turns out only apartments have a bathtub and it's and ordinary small one.
