The room is bright and clean. the matress was confortable, ferm.

The noise from the street (e.x noisy ambulance at 1-2 a.m). The lack of hooks to hang your clothes. Despite we had the DO NOT DISTURB button, they were calling us for asking whatever we want cleaning or not. TWICE. But DND button means exactly this: pls do not disturb by any means; we have been woken up two times by their call They weren't taking out of the hotel the luggage cart for helping you with your luggage. So, it was dificult to deal with the luggage, especialy if you had a lot of them (like us). Youghurt from roomservice was only available in the morning, so if you are with children and you want youghurt in the evening, for ex., is not possible.

gorgeous transfer. Delicious food in restaurant, good breakfast, but if you come later unfortunately everything cold. Comfortable bed. Many channels on TV.

not good area, nothing outside, far from the centre. Not enough pressure of water in shower, sometimes a little bit warm water instead hot, impossible to wash.

Great hotel with great spa staff and services. However, the reception desk never helped when I wanted a late check out or an airport taxi. I felt they didn't offer me any services I wanted which was disappointing.

The reception staff didn't do much, i asked for a late check out that was denied and i wasnt given a life to the airport which i thought was part of my booking privelodge. The restaurant staff just talked amongst themselves even though I had finished my meal and was waiting to pay. I had to get an Uber to the airport myself, which was disappointing.

The room was comfortable, the bed is large and comfortable. The staff was great and the airport pickup was very convenient. The next day the breakfast was more successful.The spa was wonderful.

bathroom less so, in my opinion a suite like this should have a shower and jacuzz. The breakfast on the first day was nothing, there was no refill. it bothered me that the facilities inside the pool cannot be operated independently, you have to ask the staff. In the restaurant the dessert with the lemon was not tasty. And what I didn't like the most was that I paid for round-trip pickup to the airport. On the way back, I asked them to drop us off at Yashi, and they didn't agree.

The few hours I spent at the hotel were amazing. They took me to the airport in the morning with their luxury car. My partner, who stayed at the hotel, was given the opportunity to enjoy breakfast in the room, which was also amazing. Overall, the spa, pool, and sauna are 10 out of 10, and the attitude of the staff is one of the best I have ever experienced, having traveled to many countries across the globe.

The place is nice, the service is great and the staff is amazing. Everyone is happy to help, and they do their job proudly and with a smile on the face. That makes the place great. The beds are amazing, the rooms are nice and the apartments come with provacy glass for the more eger to have some fun.

On booking.com, where there are special offers, the prices are literally 25% more expensive, and also the description and images are misleading. I booked a kings bedroom that was supposed to have a big bathtub, and it turns out only apartments have a bathtub and it's and ordinary small one.

The hotel is in a nice area in Iasi and it is at the foothill of the Bucium Hill and has a beautiful view to an orchard. The rooms are very clean and tidy which everything taken care of, starting from bathrobes, to slippers and ending with amenities like a coffee machine. The bathroom is very spacious, very clean and bright which gives you the sense of warmth and coziness. The breakfast is one on the best I have had until now, it is very diverse, starting from the basic stuff like eggs and toasted bread to things like pancakes to apple pie. The beds are very firm and you can have the best sleep in them. The spa is very cozy and the water in the pool is warm so you can have a nice end of the week relaxation.

I don't think there is something which is missing apart from the rooms which are no that spacious but you will not feel sensation of small space.

The room was great. We got a free upgrade because it was our wedding anniversary. We had complementary water and bottle of prosecco in the room. The restaurant for dinner was very tasty and the service very nice.

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. A few years ago it was much better. It lacked quality options and towards the end of the breakfast time no refill was done, so the plates were almost empty. A 5 star hotel should offer omelet done on the spot based on the individual preferences.

Hotel staff is very well trained and very deep in hospitality issues interacting with guests. Breakfast is awesome with a glass of prosecco. Room is as it suppose to be for such level of hotels

Road to the hotel needs to be much more nicely especially for those who come from Socola train station which is pretty close to the hotel. A little but disturbing: sometimes room cards hard to use in the elevator. Otherwise - perfection, keep going and be even better

We loved everything about the accommodation. The Spa and the restaurant in particular. What's more, the private cab to take us there very early in the morning was top class.

Nothing, everything was great. If we were to return to Laşi, we would take exactly the same hotel and stay longer.
