The apartment is big, large, and clean. The view from the window is amazing. The coffee and tees selection bar was nice for us. Thank you for that. We were 2 adults and 3 children, and there was enough space for us. 2 wonderful beds, and the soft blue couch was a great option for us.

We needed an opener for a wine bottle, and we couldn't have it in the kitchen sets... We played with the knife for 10 min to open 😁. Drying hanging metal for clothes on the balcony was not available, so basically, if you wanna wash something, you have no place to dry it. Also, two small chairs with a small table on the balcony were nice if they were there, an empty balcony... not wow. These all were just feedbacks. What I didn't liked is that the dishes inside were all wet with water (the cleaner rushed, they were supposed to be dried).

Apartman je nov, cist, prostran i udoban.

Ukoliko pratite brojeve ulica, tesko cete naci lokaciju. Sa domacinom smo se culi u veceri dolaska radi pomoci u pronalazenju lokacije i instrukcija za ulazak u apartman. Na kasnije dvije poruke, u vezi tehnickih detalja, nije odgovarao. Apartman, iako nov, mogao bi biti malo bolje opremljen (posudje, fen...)

It was a new and large apartment. We found all required tools in the apartment. Available parking place was nice. We didn't have any problem with WIFI. Not in the center but not away from the center by car either.

1- Floor was not clear enough. We used our own slippers but if you step on the floor without them, your sucks get dusts and dirty instantly. 2- I read the conditions at the end and one condition disturbed me but I didn't want to change the booking for it. Check-in after 16:00 and check-out before 11:00 rules are non-sense. I haven't heard anything like this before. But I should say that we arrived 15:00 and they didn't create any problem for it. Only the thing is nobody was in the building and we communicated by phone.

The room is very nice and spacious with a smart tv, comfortable bed, a lot of space for our clothes and a very nice View (especially for the sunset)! The kitchen is well equipped and perfect if u need to make some last minute pasta :) The bathroom is not too big but it's elegant 😁 The parking lot is not that friendly with lowered cars (it has some bumps that u need to pass) but it shouldn't be a problem, there are more parking spaces around

Spacious, clean, safe underground parking, modern, up to the highest western standards, sunny, decent views from one side, close to the tram station. Good communication with staff through WhatsApp in English.

Balcony was small and practically unusable. Location was good for us, we wanted specifically this part of town; it's close to the tram station and bus station but it takes a 20-30 min to get to the centre.

We had two fantastic weeks at Fusion Tower. The apartament is conveniently located close to public transport, but also close to major routes out of town. The apartment is bright and spacious and very comfortable. The owner and staff are very kind and helpful. We requested a few additional items to help us manage our stay with two babies and they very kindly obliged and also checked in with us regularly to ensure we had all we needed. For us, it was a little home from home and we will come back every year.

New building with all the facilities: smart TV, fridge, microwave, free parking, self check in. Everything was clean and brand new. Good for a short stay, also the public transport is super close.

There were people who started cleaning the other rooms at 9 in the morning although the check out is at 11 and was very noisy.

Nice personal,good location,great view and you have almost all the facilities...

Sometimes is noise because not all the apartments are finished like drilling and cleaning personal must to be more focused on their work....

Everything was fine. The apartment is very new. The staff was understanding and friendly. Our special request (kettle) was kindly accommodated with a new one. We were very satisfied. It was close to the centre. There was a mini carrefour in the back street. lidl was 3 to 4 km away. The bus and tram were passing right through the back street. Despite this, it was located in a very quiet and peaceful area.

A hair dryer would be nice.

Nice and friendly staff. He find us a parking place in the busy area. He guided us for a good place to spend evening. The room, type studio, have all you need for a good accommodation. Everything: building, furniture and all appliances was brand new.

Nothing to complain! Because of City Hall wrong numbering of buildings, to find the location more easily use next address: Aleea Tudor Neculai 167, Iași 700714, Romania, instead of address from Booking application.
