We had the executive suite and it was very beautiful, spacious, clean and well equipped. There is a nice pool. Good staff a the restaurant and bar.

We wanted to extend our stay but the lady at the reception told me that we couldn’t get the same price then on booking. We argued for a while and decided to go somewhere else. When we got in the room and started packing, she called and finally agreed to give us the Booking.com price… We used the room service a few times but the service price they asked for was higher then in the menu and they didn’t want to respect the price written in the book.

The hotel is near the airport, very quiet at night. Good room service and free airport pickup. Very friendly staff with a speedy response. The room is clean. Swin pool and restaurants in the hotel. Bar and restaurants nearby.

The wifi is really bad in every room. The transportation service can be very expensive, you need to argue aggressively for the price. You can refer to Yego app for a reasonable price and negotiate with the driver, but still, they are much more expensive than taking a Yego cap.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff were wonderful throughout the whole stay - friendly, welcoming, helpful. The room was most comfortable. The location of the hotel was great for my purposes.

Lunch Buffet. Very little variety and not the best (esp compared to food at pool side restaurant at the same hotel).

After looking for 15min for the switch to kill the light in the room we just took the fuse out. But there must be a better way ...

The hotel is located a few minutes from the main airport, which is a bonus. The staff where exceptional especially Leoncie and the gentleman at reception whose name I forget. He gave me his mobile to call RwandaAir to change my flight. I was able to catch a flight that very evening, thanks to the gentleman. The room was spectacular. Space for everything including a functional computer. The water was hot and the water pressure superb.
