I liked room service it was the best room service I have ever seen, they're cleaning my room in so uniqe way. And served me perfectly. Thanks to all of them. Mohammad imran and roh al ameen and the other stuff was serving me in my floor. They're just amazing kind and helpful ♥️

Front office was the worst service in the world, they asked after long period of stay for 163sr in front for late check out. It was very rood way and far from profesional. They said you have to come right now to pay or we send someone to you! Because we will close the system. Mr, osama is part of management stuff and he called me after i asked to talk with any manager to fix this behavior. And he apologized about that was so good and kind in talk. But still they have to fix a lot of things in management system! In the end they apologized by word but they was mistaken in action. Fitness and swimming pool only for men. And women not allowed to go there. I wish they take my recommendation in that part for better service in future for their hotel and their country.

The room was quiet with black out curtains for a good night’s sleep. The service was too notch. The compliments in the room were a very nice touch to make your stay memorable.

Everything was perfect.

1- Disappointed during checkout. The receptionist told me to pay for the dry fruits which were placed in our room. I told her that we didn’t used one of the three packets and for the rest i will pay for them but she didn’t accepted and ask to pay for all packets. I was shocked by her behaviour. Money doesn’t matters but your behaviour means something with your guests. 2- Logically any items that are chargeable by the hotel should not be in the room(guests will order whatever needed, like we ordered the lunch from the menu and we paid for it) or the guests should be informed before to checkin that these items are payble if used.

The hotel is cozy and very clean. The staff assure making your stay a marvelous unforgettable one; Sultan at the reception, Prabah and Chandan at the Ma plaisir restaurant Abdul rahman at the coffee stand but especially Mr Hassan Aboushanab hospitality was tremendous. The breakfast open buffet is a mixture of oriental and continental food with great varieties, the dinner varieties were exquisite. Parking is present. I even found a salon at the back of the hotel. The R floor contains a closed safe pool, Gym and spa. I really recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Dammam as it is easily accessible by Uber or taxis and there are mall nearby.

Everything was excellent since check in the reception staff Ms. Ohood and Ms. Tagreed were very helpful and welling to welcome and help the customers. Their performance was excellent and serving time was very short. The hotel was very clean and comfort for our stay with the family members. All my family members were very satisfied from all facilities and staff in the hotel. All what we need was available in the room. Staff were all welling to go miles forward to serve us. Manly thanks to all staff especially Ohood and Tagreed.

It is nothing with the quality or hotel services it is only regarding connect family rooms booking I think it should appear in booking applicatio to avoid any inconvenience at the time of check in a d paying extra charges. The connect rooms are only 2 speciaef rooms o e deluxe with king size and one with double single beds but connect rooms are not shown for booking in which lead to pay.more charges when reaching the hotel or non availability of connect rooms for the families. Anything else was marvellous and excellent.
