Very kind, smiling and friendly personnel of the Hotel from reception to lounge café to Restaurant to cleaning staff. They advise you on best rates for Taxi and take sure that you enjoyed your journey up to leaving taxi.

In day time during busy hours hold the elevator for cleaning and staff misbehave when asked why holding lift during busy hours.. Not recommended to stay in this hotel

All was good but for some reason the Hotel got a 2nd booking on my name for a family room but my booking.com profile shows that I’ve only booked 1 room. Bit of confusion but all sorted out.

Cheap but good hotel in the center of damam Ibrahim and Mohan at reception are too good and helping Enough parking

Washroom accessories were not enough for our family specially body wash Tissue paper was not available at room

A special thanks to Mr. Saud Al Mahdi, he was too supportive, besides area around the hotel is good, peaceful, plenty of parking, all facilities met the expectations. Rooms were spacious, they were cleaned often. breakfast was as describe and satisfactory.

Every day the key card was reset. Had to go to reception to get it fixed every time.

I went there with my car from Qatar to Dammam. The Saudi man with spects at the reception was so generous. I was doing check out for taking flight from Damman to jeddah for Umrah, guy immediately offered me to park my car at his hotel for free and told me about the parking fee outside, Even without any booking further to that date.

All receptionists were very cooperative and friendly, Buffet was good for the price. I like the cleanness and service in general was excellent.

Minor but the room was smaller than average, but very comfy and cozy.
