I really enjoyed my stay! The location was fantastic, the staff were simple and humble, and overall the value for money was excellent

The location of the hotel was amazing and the value for what I paid was fair. However, I was disappointed with a few key issues. The bellman could not communicate in either English or Arabic, which is very surprising and not acceptable for a property operating under the Hilton brand. In addition, the swimming pool was out of service during my stay, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. This was never communicated beforehand, and it really affected the overall experience. I truly hope management addresses these points, because the hotel has great potential but fell short of expectations this time

Size of the rooms , It was a master Room and a living room which was really nice. The location is really great to Malls and markets. The locations is also close to my clients in Jeddah which made it easy to reach to them .

The entrance is not visible to any Taxi / Careem and had to sometimes I had to walk outside the hotel to reach my ride . Even my clients had an issue arriving to me , a lot of the streets are blocked and there is no clear sign to where the hotel entrance is .

The staff is very professional and welcoming. The proximity of the Andalus Mall is a plus to the hotel.

When we checked in, we were given a handicapped room with very low bed and very inconvenient bathroom. The problem was fixed after our complaint and we were given a wonderful room. But the door was not sure as it could be open without a key card.

Staff very friendly and helpful, both receptionists and housekeeping will try anything to help you. Location is perfect, inside andulus mall, and 10 minutes walk to salam mall (just cross walking bridge). It's great value for price.

It needs cleaning and perhaps renovation, Some of the pillows and ped sheets were not clean and had some stains. The floor was not very clean, it had some crumbles. The living room bathroom didn't have any towels. Overall no big issues that makes me stop visiting again.

Very big room, large carpark, good breakfast with diversified choice, next door of Andalus mall, easy car access, nice and clean rooftop swimming pool with a part for kids. our son got a free toy gift for Eid.

the access to the mall is through several, small corridors. Minor issue: The breakfast was served in different locations in the 2 days we were there. We went downstairs on first day, and they sent us on first floor. So on second day, we went to first floor, but it was served downstairs...

nice swimming pool on the roof, with one part for children. Good breakfast. big private parking available. Access to the mall through a corridor. big room.

very minor issue: there was no nutella available for my 4 years-old son, who wanted some for breakfast. On the first day , we went for breakfast on first floor, but it was arranged on the second floor, so on second day, we went on secund floor to find out that it was on first floor...again quite a very minor problem...

I am a Hilton member. I booked a suite room because i recently recognized that Alandalus Mall Hotel is going to be promoted to be one of Hilton network. Thus , i had a good experience with the staff . Ms Ahlam and Mr Alrajhi were decent, humble and cooperative. Rooms are clean and calm. I am pretty sure that this hotel will move to better service soon.

Breakfast time needs to be extended to 11:00 AM. Barking should be fixed because of a lot of construction. Catering service need to be improved by opening different restaurants.

Room supplies is short , staff communication with each other as while sleeping staff knocked on the door many times and tried to access to the room by thier key ...when I opened the door they asked if I need to clean the room while I have just checked in ,,,they mentioned they recieved a wrong information from reception 😑

SUHOOR CLD BE BETTER VARIETY SPREAD, IFTAR WAS NOT APPLICABLE FOR MY PACKAGE, ROOM SIZE NICE, BUT NO SEPARATION BETWEEN KITCHEN & BED IN MY 1ST DESIGNATED ROOM, TILL UPGRADED TO THE 9TH FLOOR ROOM THAT HAS SEPARATE BED ROOM

CHECKED IN, I WAS PLACED UNDER A WRONG PERSON'S BOOKING NAME, THIS I FOUND OUT AT THE TV ROOM MONITOR NAME WELCOME DESIGNATION, THEN AFTER A DAY, RECEPTION CALLED THAT MY BOOKING WAS ONLY FOR ONE NITE INSTEAD OF A 04 NITES, SO ROOM GOT CHANGED OUT INSTEAD. FOR WHATEVER REASON DER WAS AND HAD TO EXPLAIN THAT MY PAYMENT WAS ALREDY IN AFFECT FOR 04 NITES STAY WITH BREAKFAST/SUHOOR INCLUSIVE OR IFTAR, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.

Everything was perfect. Don't get discouraged by tiny and old fashioned reception, and you will find yourself in a very clean, well equipped apartment in a handy location and marvelous breakfast, with offered products even being changed daily. You might not be able to enter the hotel from mall at the first time as room card is needed, unless someone else leaving lets you in.

Pool area nice, at the 2nd floor next to main building, but no towels provided and pool not cleaned from blown in napkins. Currently as of Feb 2023 there is construction in progress at the adjacent parcel, which gives some not disturbing but noticable noises. Also make sure to get apartment on the eastern side, otherwise your room will face a high rise office building, newly built next to the hotel.
