We were given an option to upgrade to 2 bedroom suit instead of 2 separate rooms, with that we had the Haram view. Me and my family were so blessed with this and felt over the moon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast included, there was a big range of cold and warm food options. More importantly due to the location of this hotel, we were able to attend every single prayer in Haram , even my teenage son was able to make his own way to Haram on his own. We will certainly use this hotel again when the opportunity arise.

We reached the hotel at around 1130am and when I approached the reception one of the staff even without looking at the system told check-in after ASR prayer only and he was not friendly or accommodative. And we were very tried and wanted to rest. As the rooms were not offered we decided to go to Haram and come back after ASR time. I just went again after ablution to the reception to ask some query and I found a different receptionist name Mr. Emad Al Harbi and he asked me that u have a booking and I said yes then he immediately offered me the rooms and I am really appreciate his support. Hope the management look in to this issue and if the rooms are available early check in to be facilitated to the guests

It offered the best value for the money spent. One of the highlights, apart from the excellent location, was the breakfast.—my parents stayed there and absolutely loved it. They appreciated the variety, including hot tea, croissants, freshly prepared eggs, and more. In fact, they enjoyed it so much that they mentioned skipping lunch every day! :) The only downside was the internet service, which didn’t meet expectations. There were several instances where they couldn’t contact me due to poor connectivity. If the hotel improves its internet speed, it would easily be the best in its price range.

Awesome stay and experience!! It’s 1mins walk distance from Haram (good for family with kids or old people). I initially did reservations only for 1 night but extended my stay for 3 more night. Mr. Mohamed Mostafa Mohy was awesome as he accommodated my last minute request (extending my stay for 3 more nights), which i knew my request was not a reasonable one. Mr. Mohy not only extended my stay but also gave me 10% discount on my stay. Service staff was active and available when needed. My room was cleaned before our checkin. Due to an emergency, i needed service at 1am midnight to fix our washroom flush pump (it stopped working itself) within 10mins the technician/service boy came and fixed the pump. Rooms were clean Everything was professionally placed. We requested 2 extra blankets for my kids (it was provided by the bangali guys who were in charge for room services). Awesome Free breakfast (buffet) was included in our stay (it was extremely good buffet). Bellman (i for got his name, he was from Bangladesh and has been working with this hotel from past 20 years. He took care of our luggage and waited outside the hotel with us for 15+ minutes for our taxi cab to arrive so he could safely transfer our luggage. He was not supposed to do that but he did that and love it. (just to clarify i paid tip). Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I would love to come back In Shaa Allah

We have checked in late as we were traveling from UAE, first two nights we have got very bad room which was not up to the mark for family and night shift staff was not supporting us when we have met, Mr. Nawaf the manager, he solved our problem and gave us new room with haram view for last 3 days he was very Gentle, Kind and helpful person and he was the man of his words. We prayed for him that he gave us the room which was like a Dream Came true… many thanks to Mr Nawaf and other Team members we love this hotel.

Location to the Holy Mosque, Masjid Al Nabawi was great. It was only a 2 to 3 mins walk and you would be in the haram. Breakfast was just amazing! There were so many choices to choose from, including fresh eggs made to your choice and taste. Wide variety of different cuisines to choose from. The manager at the hotel was very polite and courteous as well as the rest of the staff.

Due to construction, the road is a single lane and the taxi or car drivers cannot stop to load/unload in front of the hotel. Make sure to arrange in advcance for a bell boy to come and get your bags from a nearby rendezvous behind the hotel somewhere. This is not the hotel's fault but one should be aware while booking any hotel along that road.

Breakfast was very good specially because of the IN charge guy " Mr. Tariq" an Egyptian guy who was constantly checking with guests if they need anything, thank you Tariq.
