The staff were helpful and smiley. A lady in the front office was very nice (I think her name was Ikbal or Iktebal, ...) The long was clean with enough chairs to set waiting the key. The lefts were available anytime with no delays. The location was not very far from the mosque. I could go walking. The bathroom was clean and equipped with hair dryer. The wifi was good. The desk in the room. The efficient fridge. The room was quiet. The hotel is close to the mosques of our masters Abu Bakr AlSiddiq and Omar bin Al-Khattab. Also close to Al-Ghamama Mosque.

The room was narrow was insufficient space to move between beds. Only three channels in the TV with no chance to search for more channels. No room service knocked the door or cleaned the room, little towels in the bathroom. I was empty the bin myself. The light of the room at night was not sufficient to read or use the laptop. The curtains of the windows were not long or wide enough to prevent the daylight. Consequently, I had to cover my face to go sleep during the day.

Location is excellent. One can easily walk to the Masjid Nabawi. It is also close to the start of the walking trail to Quba Masjid. Free parking is across the big road where construction is going on. They allow you to bring your own food and eat it in the dining area.

There is a hot water kettle in the room, but they do not provide any complimentary tea coffee. They want you to go buy this from the cafe downstairs.

Masjid an Nabawi was under 10 minutes away, with plenty of food/shopping options around

Entrance of the hotel is very confusing. I walked past the entrance once as was reliant on Maps and there is no board displaying the name of the hotel. p.s. On a separate note, a lot of roads and by-lanes have been dug up currently around the cluster of hotels where I stayed. add maybe 5 more minutes to your journey if you are walking anywhere - good luck if you are trying to hail a cab from behind the hotel where the road leads directly to the Masjid

I was there to spend my Eid Al Adha holidays in prophet's (pbuh) mosque, which is very close, it takes 6-8 minutes walking to reach the holy mosque. Considering the low cost I've paid for our 3 night stay, it was value for money in every sense. Small room with 4 bed, toilet was clean and looked new, small wardrobe and refrigerator provided. It took only 2-3 minutes to check in and check out. Pleasant reception experience. Highly recommended for anyone going there with the intention of going to prophet's mosque, and happy stay with minimum expense. Please include me in your prayers if you found this useful.

The location is very close to the mosque, making it very easy to pray all 5 prayers in the Masjid Al Nabawi. The staff were nice as well. the room had good AC.

The rooms were not very clean. Also it is very hard to find parking near the hotel location. The hotel's parking was always full and I couldn't find a place to park there.

Location is very good. A few minutes walk from Haram. Staff is as very friendly . Specifically service manager Shahid . He solved our issues on spot. Happy and good value of the money

The Location was Great, and it was about 10 minutes away from Haram. They provided us free car parking and after checkout they us to keep the car until we finished shopping which was after the checkout time.

The was so small but it was good for that price.

The sheets and covers could have been cleaner. The room could have been a bit more spacious and extra beds would have been better avoided.

It’s near to Haram about 7 minutes walk, clean Rooms, cooperative staff, upgraded my 4 Bed Room With 5 Bed Room for free, Also I got Free private parking , There was A kettle in the Room

Clean and neat, nice decor from rooms to reception. Great location, 10 min walk to Al-Masjid An-Nabawi.

Little space, the room is tight. There was no kitchenette. No option in the hotel with single queen/king bed, only rooms with 3 or 4 beds.
