this wasn’t first time to book at Radisson Airport Riyadh.. the location and room size is the key! faster room service than usual, which is amazing for a hotel in this size. quick respond when you ask for a golf cart. the only front desk employee that makes sure we enjoying our stay was Shooq..

Unfortunately, as a frequent guest you would expect different experience.. where in other hotels, they recognises their guests from the second visit! women ms’ swimming pool seems forgotten for a long time, can’t be used at all “ dirty”. In top of that, at the departure/check out day I requested a bottle of water, they asked me to pay for it !!! P.S: be ready to pay 500 SAR as a deposit upon your arrival, as they accuse their guests of stealing. (staff needs to be trained on how to deal with guests)

The hotel is modern and very clean. The staff are very friendly especially Abdullah whose professionalism and friendliness made our trip. We went for breakfast just after 10am one morning as we saw on the website it was until 10:30. When we arrived we were told that was an error. Getting kids up and ready for breakfast having arrived the early hours of the morning the night before wasn’t easy. The staff did however provide us with some cereal to have. I spoke to Abdullah (the manager) who was apologetic for the error and offered us a dinner at the hotel that evening for half the price. His gesture and overall mannerism was greatly appreciated. Thank you Abdullah Fahd for being an absolute star and making our stay so memorable. Looking forward to coming back soon!

My overall experience at Radisson Riyadh Airport is absolutely unforgettable,at check-in I was served by Zyad Alharbi it took only two minutes to process the chicken in he gave me room with swimming pool view, second date I came to reception and there was a guy named Anas AlSharif, we had nice chat.At check out Luluwah and the two girls were very nice and quick at check out procedures, room service was amazing, All staff were nice securities, receptions, golf car drivers room services. facility is spectacular. This was my first time and won’t be my last.

Radisson Blu is always my first choice everywhere. I booked a family room and told the property that my flight would land early and I need an early check in. When I arrived, the receptionist told me that I had to wait from 11 am until 2 pm so I can check in. I told him that the family can wait 3 hours after a long flight. The receptionist/Hatem told me that it’s the hotel policy. When I raised the issue to the manager/Mr Aref, he sorted it in 10 minutes. In case I hadn’t raised the issue to the manager, my family would have waited in the lobby for 3 hours because a receptionist who wasn’t flexible with the guests. Hatem needs some training.

I wanted to share my experience regarding my recent stay. Overall, it was good, however, I received a call the next day stating I needed to pay 163 SAR for a room upgrade. I remember the upgrade being quoted at 75 SAR, and when I inquired, the representative mentioned the price had changed. After discussing it at length, I clearly stated I would not pay the 163 SAR. I find it concerning that I was not informed of this charge at check-in or check-out and received a call the following day demanding payment. This experience feels quite unprofessional and frustrating.

Rooms are big, its not a usual hotel with one building and more like a residential style with a comfort of hotel from the service and facilities provided. Staff are great since we arrived, while we dine and roam around. Fast check in and check out.

Pool water was cold and minor issues about supplies for the shower such as shampoo/ shower gel are empty and there are insects than usual.

My 3rd time at this hotel and definitely not the last. Check in and out was very fast and friendly. Every member of staff went out of their way to assist with a friendly smile. There were plenty of concierge on hand at all times to help you to the room or assist you with taxis etc. The room was incredibly spacious and very comfortable. Restaurant food was exceptional and couldn't rate it highly enough with a huge array of salads, breads, and delicious hot food. The Chicken Tagine and the steak were spectacular!! Credit where credit is due - faultless standards this time around.

Last time I was here I was disappointed with the restaurant food and grill. This time I couldn't fault it and had the best meal I'd eaten in months! Yes it can get a bit noisy and overun at times and perhaps more family oriented but a comfortable stay overall. The location of the hotel for the airport is great BUT everytime I've taken a (green) taxi from the airport to this hotel, the drivers have only done so with great reluctance or refused "because they don't make any money off the ride".

First of all shout out to my favorite girl in the whole hotel and Riyadh Jessa from the restaurant.. she was friendly, helpful, cheerful with a constant beautiful smile on her face🌷 The rest of the restaurant girls are great and helpful too… The hotel is beautiful, clean, quiet , with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Rooms are in different separate buildings and each room has a balcony. It has a great location close to the airport (I think it’s great for people who are looking to get away from all the chaos of the city centers). The hotel has 5 separate swimming pools (2 inside pools and 3 outside pools one of them is the main large pool where entertainment events take place all the time). It has also a gym, dunkin donuts coffee shop, spa, ATM machine, rooftop lounge with a great view and good atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was good with great quality and variety. The housekeeping staff are great, friendly, punctual and available 24/7. (Special thanks to Kennan and Rose❤️) Regarding pricing it’s good.. just make sure you make your whole reservation early because sometimes there will be group reservations for certain events that will rise the prices and decrease the room availability for other customers. Definitely one of my favorite hotels in Riyadh.

Very nice hotel for a weekend getaway in Riyadh! Check-in was smooth and fast, I arrived at 1pm and my room was already ready. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and feature a nice, minimalistic design with everything you might need. The hotel has three outdoor pools, as well as a ladies’ spa with an indoor pool and several steam rooms. I really enjoyed my experience and I’m sure I will come again!
