The location and staff were great. Anna at check in and Ande at the pool bar were lovely and helpful. The waterfront sun beds are great for relaxing. The music was a little loud on the first day but they lowered it down for the remainder of the stay which was nice. Sea view rooms were beautiful. There was construction but it was only at 11am and 1pm, which was reasonable and typical of the area. I'll definitely be back again at some stage.

Only thing to add is, please add some hooks in the bathroom for towels and maybe a bin in the room, there was only one in the bathroom.

Its prime beachfront location, luxurious accommodations, and high-end amenities make for an elegant retreat, with spacious rooms adding to the comfort. The generous free upgrade was a thoughtful touch, elevating the experience. The reception staff were excellent, offering warm and attentive service, though the breakfast staff were inconsistent—a mix of highs and missed opportunities.

The absence of coffee in the free breakfast was a missed opportunity to enhance the experience. A small touch that could have made a big difference.

The location so close to the sea with direct access to Private beach. Nice bar, close to the boulevard and centre. Good restaurant and breakfast The music of the bar stops at 12.

The restaurant inside ( we couldn’t sit outside because of the weather) is empty, unpleasant. Everything is based on sitting outside in the bar or at the swimming pool. It was with open windows so people could smoke, not nice.

The location was great with nice sea views, and just a short stroll to the main town. Really enjoyed the private access to the beach with sun lounges.

Unfortunately the music from the downstairs hotel bar in unnecessarily loud in the evening and blaring past midnight, if you’re after an early night it’s very disruptive. The finishes of the hotel were not all complete.

Pretty much everything. The staff were so friendly, the hotel is gorgeous we felt right at home from the minute we arrived. Everything we ate at the restaurant was divine, the private beach was such a great perk. We love love loved it

It would have been useful to have labels at breakfast to indicate for allergens, but other than that our stay was pretty perfect (:

Everything was perfect, Tutto stato perfetto, minden tökéletes volt. The restaurant and bar 10/10.

I don't understand why they play music in the pool until midnight, when no one is there. And the volume of the music is unacceptable. I gave the hotel an 8 just for that. Otherwise it's a 10!

No beach, and loungers by the sea are all in the shade but good selection around the pool. Not a great breakfast but was okay

Amazing hotel for a stay in Sarande. Great location walking distance to the main town and on the waterfront with sunbeds and a great pool area to enjoy drinks with some music.

Rooms could use a few additions ie towel rack and waste bins. But otherwise great comfortable room.

Very good location. Access to the sea! It’s worth noting that in Sarande, lots of areas of the sea are only accessible via lounges or hotels. Beds were big and comfortable. Rooms felt luxe. Staff were friendly and attentive.

The pool was shut whilst we were here.

We are very pleased with our stay at the Grand Hotel. The service was excellent, the breakfast was wonderful, and the beach was beautiful. Marjus at the reception was incredibly kind, helpful, and dedicated to making our stay the best it could be. I have been to many hotels in Saranda but never meet a nicer guy than him. Thank you!
