Excellent location, great staff, general cleanliness was appreciated, free coffee 24/7, staff was available 24/7, laundry facilities avail 24/7. The unit I am staying in has a beautiful new bathroom that is handicap accessible and we also like the general layout of the unit.

The kitchen in the unit I am staying in could use updating and there although there was a 2 burner cook top there was no oven - instead there was a dishwasher which I would think was much less useful than an oven. However, a toaster oven was a cheap work around so no big deal.

I never saw the breakfast. The room was nice and well stocked

I was there for 6 days; housekeeping never came once. I left the sign out to clean the room, but it never happened. Also had roaches in my room. I bought traps and handled it.

Loved the full kitchen. Needed a large fridge for my food.

No staff members at the front desk. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

Easy to get to good bed.

Property was fine but my reservation was lost, I had to pay cash! Now I’m waiting for you guys ( booking.com) to refund my money!

There is a awful smell of pee on the first floor and the bathroom smells like mold. I had to buy bleach to be safe and clean. The shower curtain is bad and smells old

There has not been a breakfast here for years, so I don't know why that was a hint question. The location is good for us when we come to the philly area to visit family

Some sort of hooks in the bathroom for your towels and clothes

The rooms are large, the bed is very comfortable and there's a kitchen a desk and a large closet. Very impressed by this facility
