The clinliness and the staff we're awesome.

I booked my room and paid for it in advance. I went straight to work without coming by first and I got marked as a no show then it was a headache trying to get everything figured out the next morning and had to replay. Still haven't gotten my money back for being marked as a no show 🤦‍♀️

The desk clerks were very friendly and welcoming. The ac in my room was amazing. I usually have to bring a fan with me when staying in hotels but this room had me freezing! It’s was nice.

The beds were a little too hard for me and the pillows are way too small. Other then that it was perfect.

I liked almost everything except certain situations.

A staff member told me breakfast was over but this was an hour before it was over and then when other guest came he decided to bring food out again I felt kind of wronged when he did that because it seemed kind of racists because he didn't bring it back out until certain hotel guest came. But its ok I would still stay I just know south louisiana is different from north louisiana where I am from.

The room was damp and smelled like it was wet and maybe mold in the building. The bed felt damp

Only problem we had was no only one towel and no washcloth! But besides that everything else was great!!

Quiet location but they need upgrade their cables channel add Western movies

I like how the room and bathroom was clean, I was on the 3rd floor absolutely was quiet. & The staff was friendly & helpful.

The wifi kept going down while I was working remotely

Nice room, very comfortable bed, friendly staff. Within walking distance of a Walmart and places to eat. Very good breakfast buffet.

Had trouble finding hotel, it's built back from the main road and is easy to miss.

Breakfast was great. Location was great. Room was comfortable. Bed was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check out was easy.

Bathtub was very slippery and I found a spider in it. Burnt bulb in the bathroom. Side lamp switch was broken and desk lamp did not work at all. Otherwise, things were great.
