the room/suite and facility was clean.The grounds are nice. Staff very friendly.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. The grounds are nice but if is a little out of the way. I was scared of hitting a dear while driving to and from because of the location. You cant get any food delivery service or ride share service out there. The rooms used old fashioned keys instead of key cards. The room door is like a French door and it made me a little uncomfortable since I know how easily those doors can be broken into too.

Lived the location - very quiet and relaxing. Room was very clean. Was only a few minutes from town. The employees were very nice 😊

The bed comforter was awful and the sheets kept coming off probably due to the mattress protector ☹️

The suites were SO nice! I could tell that they had taken the time to make updates with the granite countertops, new updated light tile floors, wood tiles in the front, etc. The suite was also extremely clean, and that’s a big thing for me. We loved having all the space and it was quiet.

The only thing I would suggest addressing would be more comfortable beds and sheets. Softer sheets would be an easy place to start. We would still stay here again, but it would be an appreciated update.

The location was set back in a beautiful wooded area and made you almost feel like you were way out in the country. It was very quiet and relaxing.

You had to drive through a residential area and I hated feeling like we were disturbing the residents.

The staff was so friendly and even called the day before to make sure we knew everything about checking in and even called to say the room would be available for an early check in. So pleasant to talk with a local who could recommend a variety of places to go and eat and visit.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff went out of their way to thoroughly check the room. The AC wasn't operating properly so they changed my room before I got to the property. I received a call to inform me of the change and early check in was available. I will absolutely stay there again. I also recommend Lodge at the Bluffs to family and friends.

Bring drinks and eats. No stores in near location.

Very quiet location, out of town aways. Enjoyed rocking on the porch and listening to the birds. It was nice to have a separate bedroom, more like a small apartment.

The room needed a little attention to small things. Didn't care for the King pillows, would have preferred standard or an option.

The rooms were tastefully decorated, spacious, well equipped, clean & comfortable. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again.

Nothing comes to mind. Having a breakfast would be a nice touch, but it did have a well equipped kitchen.

Customer service was outstanding...the staff made us feel like right at home...happy to see the staff so friendly and kind. The room was a great size, clean and very comfortable...it's in the little details and the Lodge naiked it!

Everything was perfect!.

I love this place - we are returning customers - the owner & staff are so kind !

- the only problem we had was the people above us were walking all over the place at 3 am and continued for a long time - so didn’t get much sleep
