Exceptional staff team. Supremely helpful and efficient. The property itself is charming and well appointed but it is the staff team that really made the stay truly memorable. Excellent food too... The friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make my stay a more comfortable and an enjoyable one. The hotel manager Abhilash guided me through my entire stay by providing information about significant places in Fort Kochi and other places outside Fort Kochi. The rest of the staff was extremely helpful too. They assisted me with booking tours and other cultural events and arranging tuk tuk rides for me whenever I needed. They didn’t let me worry about anything. I felt extremely relaxed and comfortable. Also, I felt so special that the hotel staff invited me for their Onam celebration. I enjoyed every single day of my stay in Kochi ❤️

There’s constant constructions going on the road where the hotel is located. That makes it difficult to reach the place. Also, it would have been better if they had added more items to their breakfast menu.

Well-maintained property with a heritage. Clean, well-behaved staff anf great food. Special mention for Mr Abhilash, the manager.

The room I got had no ventilation apart from the AC. There was no view whatsoever (the view was not promised, but the windows also wouldn’t open making it claustrophobic).

Super friendly crew. They’re willing to help you with everything. Great various breakfast. Good menu for lunch and dinner. The rooms were clean and great: typical colonial building. The location is perfect for location Fort Kochi. Nearby the ferry.

The breakfast each morning was very welcome and a good selection of options. The hotel is very convenient for the ferry terminal and only a short walk to the main attractions in Fort Kochi.

The hotel was so accommodating, it was my friend’s birthday and the hotel was able to prepare a cake for us with no extra charge. Loved my stay. Will definitely stay with them again.!

Everything. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating, they really made my time at the property very special. The location is great within Fort Kochi, you can walk to most sites. Princess Street. Water Metro. Vasco Da Gama Square. Etc. The hotel itself is fabulous, in the renovated Old Court House with many original details but updated modern features. The room was spacious and well decorated. Comfortable bed. Nice linens. Good A/C. Great bathroom. My room had a nice view of the water. The rooftop pool was a nice area to relax, cool off and enjoy the view. Breakfast was very good with many options and selections. The dinners I had were very nice, especially the seafood platter. I very much enjoyed my stay and cannot wait to return.

Location was great, walkable distance to All the fun and artsy bits of for kochi. Property was quaint and cute.

It is in a perfect location to explore both Cohin Fort and Mattanchery. The staff were extremely personable and volunteered to fix up a ride from the (far-distant airport) and then organised a return to the airport at the end of my stay. They also managed to arrange a Backwater trip for me at very short notice. I am very grateful to them. My room, at the front of the hotel was enormous and was very well equipped. It is a heritage building, so there were odd places which could have benefited from a little splash of paint, but that less a criticism than a reminde to guests that this really is an old municipal building and not a Disneyesque mock-up. If I were to go Cochin again, would I choose to stay at the Old Courthouse again? Unequivocally yes. Like a shot. Thank you!
