I’ve stayed at Harmony three times already and will definitely keep coming back. The location is great, the view is lovely, and the price is amazing for what you get. Annie, who manages the hotel, is incredible and does a great job. On my last visit, I lost my phone and wallet with money inside, and she made sure it was safely returned to me. I really appreciate the honesty and care. Highly recommend. Also I can highly recommend staying in Padang Bai a bit longer to explore the beaches, snorkeling, diving and local culture!

It didn't bother us but due to the proximity you can hear the sound of the boats honking every now and again throughout the night

this is a great value for money accommodation in padangbai. my room was simple but furnished with everything i needed for my short (one-night) stay on my way to gili air the following day. the room is spacious, clean and has a large outdoor sitting area where i enjoyed my reading and my breakfast (tasty and included in the price!). the hosts are absolutely amazing! they are kind, helpful, and will go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. they organised the pickup/transport for me from where i’d previously been in bali, and most importantly, they booked my fast boat return ticket to gili air at a super discounted price, did the check-in in the morning on my behalf and made sure someone from the homestay accompanied me with an umbrella (it was raining heavily that morning) all the way to the harbour/jetty until i got onto my boat. i cannot thank them enough!!! definitely a great place to stay if you need a simple, affordable, clean and comfortable room at a stone’s throw away from the harbour run by the kindest people who will take good care of you!

i loved everything

Staff was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. They organized a trip to Nusa Penida and a Sunrise Hike to mt batur solo for my friend while I was diving, and she felt she was in very safe hands as our hosts would check in on her periodically. The drivers they organized were friendly, communicative and cheaper than grab. Breakfast was good, with a choice between omelets, toast, banana pancakes etc. with a side of fruit and hot/cold drinks. There were security cameras and we were able to store our luggage while waiting for the room to be ready. The location was great as well with several good warungs within walking distance and just a 10 to 15 minute walk to Blue Lagoon for snorkeling. The AC was effective and there was soap and shampoo provided in the bathroom.

The bathroom could use a renovation and the shower water pressure wasn't great, but everything worked just fine. The mosquito nets had quite a few holes, but we were able to fix them with borrowed tape from the reception. A mini fridge to cool water would have been nice, but it wasn't a necessity for us. There was no safe at the reception or in the room, but nothing was stolen during our stay there.

Location of the property was perfect, very close to the harbor if you wanna catch a boat to the Gili islands, balcony with beautiful view, great place to meet travelers if you're a solo traveler. The best thing about it all was the host, Ani was the best host ever, she's there whenever you want her to be, very funny and nice, always a beautiful smile on her face, she can also hook you up with tours, basically she's the host that we all want to have when we're on vacation. ❤️

I lived in Harmony Guest House for 3 weeks and I was very comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the daily free breakfast was healthy and delicious. The location is the most convenient you'll find in Padangbai, walkable to restaurants, bars, markets, and everywhere else you want to go. My favorite daytime hangout was Blue Lagoon Beach, just a short walk over the hill, with snorkeling and a nice warung. I will definitely stay at Harmony Guest House again next time I'm in Padangbai.

Location was perfect, right next to the harbor. Breakfast was really good and filling. Bathroom had a vent that worked automatically when you turn the light on (haven't seen that anywhere else). Hosts were lovely, helpful and got us the best possible fast boat. It was brand new, AC was great, crew were professional. The hosts took us on a tour to the first Balinese village where authentic traditions are still being practiced to date (it was like a throwback in time!), also took us to a silver-making workshop in Sideman which was a super cool experience- all at very reasonable prices. 100% recommend to solo travelers, couples or a small family.

Having a trash bin inside the room would have been nice.

the people were fantastic and their service was impeccable. I choose this place because they arranged our transfer from the airport, the ferry tickets to and from Gili Air and taxi to Ubud. it was easy and great probably bit more expensive than if we'd arranged it all ourselves but for the convenience the really little extra was worth it. Room was clean if basic and breakfast was fine. for one night this guest house was perfect for us.

An easy walk from the harbour and down a little lane so not super noisy. The room was clean, comfy bed and good air con. Even hot water shower. Breakfast was good, friendly staff and they even offer a tea/coffee on arrival.

There was a TV in the room but it didn't work. However, we were able to connect our phone via our HDMI cord and watch Netflix that way.

There are no words to describe how utterly incredible the view was. We stayed on the top floor and the balcony has a view of the sea. Breakfast was served up on the balcony - the food was good and the coffee was even better. I recommend the Balinese coffee with milk:) also the location is very convenient. It took us less than 3 minutes to get to the fast boat dock for our ride to the Gili Islands. Worth it worth it worth it!

The washroom had a bit of a smell however this place wildly exceeded our expectations in terms of view, comfort, food, etc. Just something to improve upon:)
