Although it is a soft opening. But we enjoyed our stay with their creative activities. The spa is very good. The kids club have good options. And the room is very spacious. The beach area is amazing. I recommend to give it a try.

Overall the resort is very good with few comments to improve. The WIFI connection disconnects several times inside the bed rooms. We had to ask several times to spray the rooms because of bugs and ants. It would be nice to provide a weighing scale in the room.

It is away from a lot of party people, only 10mins from Boat Avenue where are lots of restaurants, and across the road from the beach. The room was cute and they are thinking about cute features. The pool area is nice and there are lots of pools. Nice welcome on the bed. Love staff.

I thought the Sun beds could face opposite the rooms, like towards the beach as you are looking into peoples room. This place was still new when I was here so lots of works going on but did not interrupt my stay at all. Did smell a little construction but there is a lot going on in the area anyway. The lighting for the mirror is not good so hard to makeup. The shower and toilet area gets wet so bath Matt needs to stay outside, but that also works. Could have an extra glass folding door inside with the shower to help this.

All the staff were really friendly, international and helpful, especially Kseniia who helped to facilitate the stay and made it a great experience. The rooms are new, modern, well equipped and comfortable and I like the location in a quiet environment but still walking distance on the beach to Bang Tao Beach's busiest part.

I didn't try the breakfast but it would have been nice to have an outdoor option with sea view. Maybe later as they are still in soft opening.

Nice and new hotel in Phuket, we thought we give it a try as it was a last minute decision to go to Phuket, their rates were good and we like the Bangtao area. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly staff which took us straight to the room and did the check in in our room which was very nice. The hotel is big and we book a pool view room but we could see the sea from our terrace. The room was very well appointed, the bed was so comfortable and the sheets were pure cotton which is definitely a plus for me. They are very near the beach and we got into a routine of walking on the beach early and then go to breakfast. The staff is very nice and the service is very good. I recommend it for the location and the surroundings.

Very nice Hotel, brand new I think, there was still some construction but it was not disturbing us, we had morning yoga on their beach which was nice as it was not too busy. There are many pools to choose from and the hotel is quite big so plenty of space. You can see they don’t belong to a chain as there is a lot of personal attention from the staff which was very nice, we had a beautiful room with a nice sea view with fruit every day, the room was very well serviced, housekeeping was very attentive, they only replenished the fruit bowl with the fruit that I liked! Great hotel, we will go back.

Nice new hotel, finishes to a high standard, lovely comfortable room. Breakfast has loads of options. Good pool bar with great service. Right near a beautiful beach. Under renovation at the moment so not all facilities are open but it will be an amazing place when it is.

It needs to be obvious/ made clear when booking the hotel that it is under renovation. It was very clear after booking and on arrival as staff do all they can to make it an enjoyable stay. The pool areas are visible from the road at the moment as there is no high vegetation.

Just stayed at this new Beachfront resort which opened few weeks ago. Great location with beautiful views of the sea, there was some construction still going but the management handled it well. They had told us before but it did not really affect our stay. The noise was minimal and the staff was very accommodating making sure we had a nice stay. The location is good because it is near the main entertainment area of bangtao but away enough to have a great relaxing day at the beach. Staff very friendly and attentive everywhere, will definitely go back.

The New hotel feel was lovely . The beach was beautiful just bit grubby getting to it but think hotel gonna sort . Breakfast every day was cold had to ask to heat.

The building noise was horrendous constant drilling from 8 ish am till gone 7pm you could here it at the beach as well But if you sat at pool it drove you crazy. Pool only had 20 beds so never a bed . Evening meal was nice but expensive for the portion sizes . Need to get bike or taxi to go any where .

I had to go down to the reception to receive some items that I ordered online. The reception location is far from my room. It took 5 minutes. The staff are supposed to help me with that. This is a 5-star hotel. I paid a lot to be comfortable.

Great hotel. Very recommended. The hotel is completely new. The rooms are very big and comfortable. The stuff is extremely service oriented and always do their best to accommodate every request you might have. We have stayed more than once due to the service!!. The breakfast is great. Everyday they change the menu, and you have many different choices. Dinners are good too, the menu is fairly priced. The gym and pool are very nice and new. Location is a bit remote from the center which for us was a big plus as you can really relax. Yet you can find everything you need within a 5-minute drive. Lots of great restaurants, shops, clinic, supermarkets, pharmacies, whichever you need. Keep in mind that the area is very new and there is still construction in the area. The soundproofing of the rooms is great as we never heard any of it while in the room. The beach is just over the road. It is an unregulated beach with no shops or showers which is nice as there is no crowd!! We really recommend!!
