I was surprised about the check in was self service-instructions were easy to follow and they also had a phone at the location if you needed help. The room was perfect the hotel is soundproof and clean really all that you need for a vacation. Loved the Jacket steamer! I was so impressed. The neighborhood was very nice and places to eat and coffee and of course I found a 7 eleven. The woman there was extremely kind and helpful. I felt very comfortable. There are Taxis or Uber. I appreciate the heated floor I also want to that them for the water I was very grateful. Definitely will be returning soon. I loved it.

I have no dislikes. Even though I was there when they declared marshal law I felt safe.

Self check in with a computer on arrival which is handy. Just a short walk to the train that delivers you at the airport. Modern facilities, the studio apartment has everything you need. We only stayed one night before our flight the next morning and were very comfortable.

The blinds did not completely cover the windows which was not too much of a problem for light seeing as we stayed in winter but felt like a hinderance on privacy and could be a hassle in summer

Very close to the train station and food options. I’m not a fan of hotels without a staff but the electronic check in was seamless and when I messaged the staff, they responded very quickly. Perfectly clean. Temperature control for both the room in the water was effective.

The bed was small and rock hard and too close to the wall. The room is quite small as well. There were no electrical outlets anywhere near the bed.

Great Location, very close to the airport´s metro station, lots of places to eat and buy. It has everything you need, very clean. Highly recommended.

Everything was great, the only issue is that I had some problems with my key , and the communication was little beat dificult because they don´t speak english, so they use a translating machine thru the phone, but at the end it was solved !!!

Located a block from the train station. The desk login was a machine that spat out the door card when you put in your details so was easy and stress free. Room was clean good amount of space, the products in the bathroom smelt lovely.

The apartment really exceeded our expectations for the price. It has all the appliances, even a very modern dryer for your clothes. It is only few min (approx 10min away) from a train station, so easy to access any place in Seoul. Very clean, tidy and modern place to stay while visiting Seoul.

Absolutely everything. It was like walking into your own home. The area is peaceful, a nice selection of eateries below and if you want more, there are plenty on the other side of the train station. Whenever I am in Incheon this will be my go to place.

It was conveniently centered close to everything. There were a lot of food options, the convenience store was on the first floor of the building, and 7/11 was less than a 2 minute walk away. Unseo station was less than a 7 minute walk away and was the third stop coming from Incheon Airport.

Everything .this hotel is an exclusive air BB like hotel .they have everything u need ...to cook and live . Water (2) bottles deterrent , pen , paper , universal plug . Washing machine , a clothes drier closer , balcony on deluxe standard room .

Easy walk from Unseo station. Near restaurants and convenience stores. Easy check in/out automated system. Microwave l, kettle, and dishes available for eating dinner.
