This hotel has exceeded our expectations. We couldn't find any other hotel closer to Cortina and this hotel proved to be a jewel. The building has a lot of history from 1904 and a lot of the original features are still in good condition. With all the Christmas decorations it looked like a fairy tale castle in the woods. You do not get many special hotels like this one now days. But the hotel will not be a nice place to spend one's vacation time without the awesome hospitality of the Hotel staff. They have gone over and above to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, provide help and tips when we needed, offered excellent breakfast and above all organized a brilliant and funny Christmas party, only Italians know how to do it right. We loved the place and left very satisfied. Thank you TH Borca di Cadore staff for everything! We will come back.

Not enough snow :D

The property was very clean The breakfast was amazing The property has a nice vibe

When we arrived, there were no toiletries in our room. We were a group of four people in two rooms. We informed the reception, and they gave us four shower gels. The next morning, we asked them to let the cleaning staff know about this issue and to restock the toiletries, but nothing was replaced. I’m not sure if the property simply doesn’t provide soap and shampoo for guests, or if this was just an issue with our room. Also, be aware that the hotel closes completely at 11:00 PM. If you arrive later than that, you won’t be able to get in at all. 😂

We had a lovely stay at TH Park Hotel des Dolomites in Borca di Cadore. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The staff were helpful and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was very good, especially the Ferragosto dinner celebration, which was absolutely delicious. The location is nestled in a quiet, remote green area surrounded by the majestic Dolomites. It’s the perfect place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and enjoy peaceful walks or just relax. We left with beautiful memories and we wish to be back.

No AC in the room

Our stay at TH Borca di Cadore was wonderful. The hotel’s historic building, with its beautiful early 20th-century architecture, really gives the place a unique and elegant atmosphere. It’s amazing to think about all the notable guests who have stayed here over the years — the sense of history adds something special to the whole experience. We enjoyed a large, comfortable room that perfectly combined classic style with modern comforts. Dinner was a highlight too, with a delicious four-course meal featuring local flavors served with great care. In the evenings, the cozy bar was the perfect spot to unwind, surrounded by the hotel’s warm and elegant ambiance. Overall, our two-night stay was truly memorable, and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming and historic base in the Dolomites.

It’s a beautiful property, very big place and very relaxing, bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Hotel is in between San Vito and Borca ( end of the Borca) both places are just 1.5km walk. Breakfast was great.

I didn’t like the communication with the reception. I ask them to extended one night and they confirmed , once the new staff comes they said it’s not confirmed , for 3 days I was very much stressed because in the morning they confirmed and evening not confirmed. There is a big problem with the communication between staff. It was really unprofessional.

We didn't know that at the moment of booking, but the hotel has a reach history. The building is amazing! You can spend a day walking around and just observe it inside & outside. There are quite many historical pictures available for the visitors. Our room was clean and pretty. The food selection wasn't great, but still OK.

The breakfast situation was quite wild. The way it is organized is just non appropriate for the building. In the off season days only a small part of the restaurant is available for the breakfast. So, you might to wait in a queue for some time. Also, eggs & coffee you order from the gentlemen there which is a little stressful.

A hotel that holds a lot of history. The views from the rooms are breathtaking. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The hotel offers very good breakfasts. Also the restaurant prepares dinners but we did not attend them. The hotel is easy to drive into from the road and there is plenty of parking spaces, we always found somewhere to park. I would like to say that the potential of the hotel is huge. Have you seen the library, the dance hall, the fireplace on the ground floor? Such a beautiful area, nice building, lots of space for walking and sports (like tennis court). At first I wanted to give the hotel a rating of 7, but I give it an 8 with the hope that a lot of things can be improved.

Huge potholes when entering the hotel and parkways. I haven't seen this for a long time. Why can't they at least fill the potholes with small stones so that the wheels don't fall through? Very bad wifi. You can only connect to it in the lobby or in the bar. The rooms seem very old. Heavy furniture, yellow lights, old curtains of a strange colour. We checked in in the evening and it left a gloomy first impression. I think even small updates can add a lot of life to the rooms. Also, there was a very strange smell in our room. In general, everything needs at least a little renovation. Then I will come back to this place every year.

The view from our apartment was stunning, facing the mountain. It was a quiet hotel, and the apartment was pretty large and with a tall ceiling. Clean sheets and towels, diverse breakfast included.

No shampoo is available, just handwash. We called reception, and they offered full body wash on demand. The bed frame did not fit the design of the room, it was what you would expect to find in a student dorm. Dinner is fixed menu, no a-la-carte. The building is a little dated, at least on the exterior. A bit too expensive.

Beautiful hotel, the building is so dreamy. It used to be an elite school. The staff was always friendly. The breakfast is nice and simple. The views from the hotel are very nice. They offer breakfast and dinner (however just at 8 pm 😆).

No wifi in the rooms. If you decide to stay here, you must know that San Vito di Cadore and Borca di Cadore are very small towns. On Mondays/Tuesdays we were not able to find an open restaurant. If you want more action, stay in Cortina d'Ampezzo or Bolzano.

In a wonderful park you park and walk up the staues into the huge old charming hotel. You feel rich, welcome and you can enjoy a good drink at the bar/terras after 17.00 hours. The beds, bathroom, a lift and breakfast/dinner are wonderful.

The check in starts at 5 pm. Too late since 3 pm is common everywhere. The staff in the breakfast area and dining area speak Italian only. We were lost. The halfboard was lovely but we were not able to ask anything about food or drinks. I have no idea what wine I had, and my mother got one without asking for it (which we had to pay). The menu was only partly translated into English. Please learn your dining staff to speak more than Italian!
