The staff was amazing, Helping every time we needed. Breakfast buffet was very nice and with a wide variety to choose from. Bedrooms are spacious.

The hotel needs a renovation. It used to be a Hyatt Place and now Marriott should give it a new spin. Mattresses , bathrooms, pillows… they all must be renewed. The TV in our room had analog channels; smart TV’s should be in every room or at least a decent definition to watch.

We had a question about storing our luggage & the staff was very accommodating. Everything was exceptional except when we first checked in. It was about 7:30pm. No front desk staff. We were the third group waiting. It took a full 20 minutes for someone to show up. Clearly they were on a break. And since we were the third group waiting, we finally got checked in 40 minutes lates.

The breakfast buffet is good, the beds are very comfy, the living room in my room, the air conditioning is top-notch, clean air, fast cooling, very nice. The toilet is silent.

The bathroom faucet was missing the aerator, the room coffee machine was not operating correctly, some cockroaches in the parking lot, I guess because of the heat. The guests who feel entitled are the ones who make for a bad experience, leaving dirty dishes next to the food instead of in the area for it, and making the cooks have a hard time. The pool is small and fills quickly with few people.

Rooms are super clean although a bit outdated but it’s very easy to look past that if you have a room with a view like we did. High quality toiletries. Amazing breakfast buffet, everything is super fresh and tasty and you have several options to choose from. The pool is very pretty with a nice view and it’s heated so it’s perfect from swimming in the evening once it’s cooler out. Bar and restaurant on site are nice plus Starbucks is 24hrs. Trust worthy Taxis parked outside available from 5am to 11pm and they are not expensive. They have great tour recommendations. Staff was super friendly and helpful, rooms get cleaned daily.

the ONLY thing I could say I somewhat did not like is the location. there is nothing within walking distance, BUT, like I said taxis are available outside all day for your convenience.

The facilities and the attention

They told us since we arrived at the front desk that breakfast was ready from 6 to 10 hours. On our last day we went to the lobby at 6:00 to have breakfast because we had to leave at 6:30 am and breakfast wasn’t even ready at 6:3. This was a bit disappointing since we were about to travel somewhere else, we could’ve taken advantage of time to go eat somewhere else.

Modern and clean

The safe didn’t work and they didn’t fixed it or changed it! The shower gel bottle was empty when we arrived so no soap on our first shower.

Location-good, next to the beach although one cannot swim in it as it is at the yacht club. A bit out of the city so one needs a car or taxi service to get there. View is great to the marine and the sea. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. No noise at night as it is far from the city buzz.

Pool very small. The dining area is not well organized, tables are on the hallway to the elevators.

Breakfast was included and had a good variety of food, omelettes and quesadillas made upon request were the best part!

Location was not that far but taxis take advantage because there is no other way of transport and fee changes every time. We ended up renting a car instead so we wouldn't have to deal with the hassle of waiting for cabs downtown.

Modern and nicely situated near the water and marina. Breakfast, snacks, bar, pool, lots of amenities. Easy parking.

I wanted to be more centrally located but this property was excellent even though it’s located far from city center. Also the bed was comfortable but squeaky.
