We stayed at this place during the Adirondack Nationals Car Show and had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and whirlpool were open from 9 am to 10 pm. The breakfast was plenty and good (toast, bagels, doughnuts, cream cheese, spreads, muffins, cereals, oatmeal, milk, fruits, coffee, tea...). We left completely full and stuffed! :) I loved the fact that there was coffee and tea also available after breakfast hours. It was quiet at night, I didnt hear the neighbours or traffic at all (we stayed in a room at the back side.)

There was nothing I didnt like. It was a surprisingly pleasant stay. I loved the breakfast, the comfortable room, the pool area and the peaceful area there. We will come back next year!

Very clean, quiet, value, great staff, location (15 minutes to Lake George). Staff accommodated request for extra pillows expediently! Thank you! Irish Restaurant/bar diagonally across the street was amazing! Continental breakfast was fine. Coffee good. Usual continental, but appreciated the fresh apples. Set up was very nice!

No need to give us so many bars of soap. Shampoo packets were impossible to open. I used nail clippers. Washcloths/Towels were thin.

Location was perfect for our business trip. The desk clerk when we checked in was very helpful. The desk clerk when we checked out waskind.

We could not get our TV to work properly. When we called the front desk at about 8:00pm had no idea how to help us. We were told that maintenance was not available until morning. She said she was sorry but there was nothing she could do. That did not solve our problem.

It was a convenient location. Love direct access to room from parking lot. Spacious room.

Dated rooms, pillows not comfortable, water pressure not good, continental breakfast below average, towels very thin and rough. Lighting very dim.

I liked the atmosphere and the fact of the pool and gym.

The fact that someone came into our room while we were gone yesterday, afternoon. We are missing a black zip up hoodie that was in the room when we left. The shower didn't go to hot. It only turned halfway.

Stayed there during Americade 2023 A little far from Lake George but staying on the south side of the property with the pine trees and away from the noise of route 9 was very pleasant Staff is very friendly and always ready to help No shades on the lamps in our room. Continental breakfast is minimalist but ok Overall experience, very good price/quality rapport Will go back next year, may be bring my shades!!!

Room was spacious. Parking right outside was great. They let us check in early when we made good time traveling by motorcycle. Gas station right next door and restaurant/bar across the street.

Breakfast was just not good. Stale bagels and fruit bars or muffins, no fresh fruit even. . Sink in the bathroom had a major leak.

The location was fabulous. Super easy to find and a very convenient Alltown just across the street. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, a lot of plastic and preservative loaded options. The fruit was nice!

The towels were very tired, and the bathroom was effective, but clearly aged.

Being told I have to give a $250.00 cash deposit because I live local, being told that when I arrive at the facility, not before, or on the website, very inconvenient and insulting to a repeat customer

It was very affordable. The room was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were great. When we checked in the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our stay was very comfortable.
