What a great surprise! We travel to the area at least 3-4 times a year and have always stayed elsewhere. This was our first time at the Fairfield. I can assure you we will be staying here in the future. It had all the amenities you could ask for; however, it was the staff that made the difference.

I don't know how you could control it, but people overstaying in the hot tub

The beds were great. The location is near the hospital and I had an early morning procedure. Plenty of electric Breakfast will bring us back here.

I'd like the room curtains to more fully close out light from the outside. Night was a bit too bright. A small computer table placed in a spot not under the TV screen would be better. I'd like a hot tub in a heated area rather than outside.

was hard to figure out the thermostat/ fan settings. I’m sure if I had asked, the staff would have helped me out in a minute ! Eventually I realized that, for example, when I could not seem to turn off fan completely, it was that the setting WAS correct but not cause an immediate stopping of the fan. took some time to take effect. Maybe a link on the website to a page about “room details “ THIS WAS NO BIG DEAL !!!! Just trying to help. Loved the place!

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was incredibly clean, our rooms were ready right away, and we had an overall excellent experience. Will definitely come again. To note, this is our 3rd time staying and it keeps getting better.

Breakfast was not good at all. I drank tea and didn't eat breakfast and the kids and husband ate it, but said it was horrible. We ended up getting bagels and Dunkin outside the hotel.

It was very clean and the staff was polite, quick and attentive.

The breakfast provided was wonderful. However they should take into account the amount of guests and add at least a second waffle maker. We waited over 30 minutes just to make one waffle because the amount of people using it was extensive and untimely.

Front desk staff were great. They were really keeping an eye on all the sports teams to make sure they were following curfew etc. I am celiac and the breakfast workers were helpful.

The water was super clean and tastes great. Ice was clean and cold. Bed was super comfy. Nice big TV. Room amenities (AK: frig, coffee, micro) a plus. Room not only was clean, it smelled clean. Overall a very nice stay.... That's all I can say for now.

Maybe could have had a better selection of beer in the front cooler. The AC made it a little to dry in the room. No USB charger on the other side of the bed. Nothing more. I can Think of. Right Now. We both loved it. Thank You.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. There was a surprisingly good breakfast and 24/7 hot drinks. The staff were extremely friendly. Great place for us to spend the night.

Prefer rooms without carpeting, but the carpeting appeared very clean.
