I was just stopping over for the night. The young man at the front desk could not have been more friendly or helpful. The room was surprisingly spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. I did not care for the carpet (for hygiene reasons). There was a small balcony and the insulation from the outside was good, I did not feel any cold draft coming in. The walls between the rooms could use more noise insulation though. The breakfast was in line with what you would expect to find in the US at this price point, though mediocre in my eyes. The hotel is right within the outlets strip mall, 3 miles from Lake George with not much traffic at night, so very quiet. To me it was good value for money.

We had one of the king suites. It was very nice. The pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. Breakfast was great. We can't wait to come back in July and November.

We booked a different king suite with an in room hot tub and it wasn't available. Somehow, this wasn't communicated to us until checking. After speaking to the staff, they put us in an equally nice room. I suspect this happened because we booked on booking.com and they didn't have a good contact method. Next time I will book directly with the property

Reservation made by internet. Very difficult to find your hotel by an address that is not in the village of Lake George. We spent almost an hour looking for you on the road. Your identification sign is too small. The room and very well equipped. Reception a little boring. I waited my normal turn while the clerk was with a client. By his side, meanwhile ,the person who seemed to me to be manager, spoke on the phone for 10 minutes without even making us signal or make understand that we were welcome. The morning staff was quite nice. Borin eggs presenta tion ! Shoul close around 10:00 am.The beds very comfortable, clean and well made. Just like the bathroom and the windows overlooking the outside. But I would recommend your hotel. Good parking spaces.

Our stay at the Clarion Inn was generally positive. The staff was welcoming, and we had booked two rooms, both of which were clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was satisfying, with options like omelets, waffles, bread, bagels, butter, muffins, cereals, juices, milk, and coffee, which kept us full until lunch. As a vegetarian, I didn't pay much attention to the non-vegetarian items. Breakfast was available from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM, and coffee was always available in the lobby throughout the day, which was a nice touch. The indoor swimming pool, along with the jacuzzi, was open until 10 PM, adding to the pleasant experience. Additionally, the hotel offered plenty of free parking for cars, and the free WiFi, while not the fastest, provided a moderate speed of 10-12 Mbps, which was sufficient for basic needs.

In Breakfast : The only slight downside was that the fruits (oranges and apples) could have been a bit fresher. The only significant issue we encountered was with the room service. Despite staying for three nights and leaving our rooms early each day around 10:30 AM, our rooms were never cleaned. They did offer fresh towels, but the lack of room cleaning was disappointing and could certainly be improved. On the bright side, the hotel's location was convenient, with a Starbucks and other outlets within walking distance.

The free Continental Breakfast was the best I have ever had. The eggs and sausage were delicious. I loved the waffles. The bread was nice and fresh. They had all my favorite flavors of yogurt and everything was well stocked. They had so many choices of cereals and oatmeal it was difficult to decide. Plus I had never tasted Sunkist orange juice before and it's the best tasting orange juice I've ever had! Very pleasantly surprised by the Breakfast.

At the entrance way, the outside trash receptacle/ ashtray on the exterior wall by entrance B was overflowing onto the ground. Not a big deal at all but it was still like that when I walked by 2 hours later. One detail that seemed to get overlooked.

We had a large room upstairs with shared balcony - quiet and comfortable and the hotel had a lovely clean pool, jacuzzi and fitness room, all of which we used. Good location near shops and restaurants. The receptionist went above and beyond to find a room for us that met all our needs and we stayed an extra night as a result.

Don’t be put off by the dirty carpets in the stairwells, everything else is very clean, they just need to replace it. There is no elevator which didn’t really bother us as it’s only one floor up or down.

The location was close to restaurants, six flags and close to Lake George. The cleaning staff were great. The place was clean. Breakfast was great and the environment was quite. We enjoyed our stay.

I did not like that the reservation for the room was not exactly how it looked in my reservation on booking. com. I spoke with the receptionist who was pleasant and was unable to get me a different room since the place was full for the holiday. The rooms needs some upgrading. The toilet was not flushing well. Otherwise the stay was comfortable.

The Clarion Inn has a great location, squeezed between a Starbucks and the mall. The pool, hot tub and exercise room are clean. I usually stay here 4-6 days a year, usually between Oct and December. I might visit more next year. Being adjacent to so many businesses makes things easy.

They could have used more towels by the pool. This is a rather lame complaint. Everything was really nice.

Everything about this place was awesome. One of the best locations our family has ever stayed. The staff was kind, clean, and their hospitality was a match for 100% candid charm. If you are a family looking for a beautiful affordable charming place with a pool, hottub and great breakfast, you need to book your stay now!

When we booked the room, there was a pool and a spa advertised got there. The spa was not working and I don’t know how long the staff said the pool area wasn’t good environment maintenance broke concrete on the floor and ceiling had some mold. but other than that staff was wonderful.
