We liked it very much. Everything! The room is decorated with natural wood, the beds are very comfortable. We really appreciate that people can swim in the lake with clear, clean water. We are not fans of the pool, although the pool here is large and beautiful, delightful and equipped with large umbrellas from the sun and everything you need. Here you can always use the grill on the shore, which is very valuable for grill lovers and have delightful parties. Very close to the center of Lake George, where you can have a lot of entertainment, restaurants, cruises. We really want to come back here again next year with the whole family. We recommend it to everyone! Get a wonderful vacation in nature, where no one bothers or irritates anyone. We love it. Thank you very much!

Excellent location in Diamond Point on the lake and quite with minutes to the village south and to Bolton Landing north. Family suite clean, roomy and well stocked kitchen. Rooms with new flooring. Property is in a rectangle. Pool in the center and lake and dock in the back of the property as well as grills and volleyball net, small playground. Wendy, staff is super friendly and efficient.

Wish kayaks were offered as some other properties do. Wish housekeeping was more than at the beginning supply of towels and garbage bags.

The location is beautiful, we love the dock and the pool. The people are nice who run the property, as well as the guests. The grounds are clean and it is a relaxing atmosphere.

Our room did not have a closet (previous rooms did). Some of the outlets in the room did not work and had an extension cord instead. Comforter had a giant stain. No blankets- only a sheet and comforter. It would have been nice to have wood available for the fire pit

I am so happy to find this accommodation. Couldn't be more happy with the place. They have nice facilities with private access to the lake, where you can sit on the chairs and enjoy the view or just jump into the water and swim. Just 10 minimal away from a Lake George city, but you wouldn't even want to go there. Would definitely be back!

Our second stay at the Olympian! The rooms and suites are nice. Simple, not fancy, but very clean. The grounds are always spotless. Huge pool. The staff is fantastic & it's really a family-oriented place. The "arcade room" on site has a pool table and a few games for the kids to keep them busy. Again, nothing fancy, but a place to hang out when not in the room/suite, pool, or lake. "Up North" is a great convenient store across the street, and there's also a place to eat across the street, too. It's an affordable place for a family vacation. Views are amazing from the lake. Peaceful!

It’s by the lake beautiful view! Nice place and comfortable beds. Clean and comfy nice atmosphere. You can spend time on lake and in the evening by fire pit. Wendy always there and helpful if you need anything!

I like property a lot but if I can give suggestions- I wish the motel rooms would have bigger fridge and small table with two chairs inside so you can eat breakfast. If you need this you just need to book family suit which has table, chairs and kitchenette with bigger fridge. Also it would be better if the doors and windows would be upgrade to keep rooms cooler during hot days. Wish there will be small sand beach by lake :)

The owner operator is very nice. The facility is quiet and non-commercial. Although I didn't use the pool, it was being happily enjoyed by others. The pool and surrounding area was very nice with umbrellaed tables and comfortable chairs. I sat in the pool area and read my book.

They can't fix the absence of a bit of sandy beach but a sand beach would have been icing on the cake.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Olympian Resort Motel in Diamond Point NY. Very clean and spacious rooms, beautiful pool and wonderful views of Lake George. Wendy, the manager, was always smiling and helpful. There is a great deli and restaurant across the street which we frequented each day. We will be back again soon!

Location, location, location! We stayed during bike week, it's removed from most of the noise & semi-chaos but close enough to still participate. Right on the lake, with great views too! Wendy who greeted us upon our arrival was super friendly & cordial. She IS the Olympian, 'wearing many hats' to keep it running, clean & fun!

I really have no complaints. The minor ones are hardly worth mentioning but here you go: - the room could've used more elec outlets, there was no place to plug in the coffee maker. (Although I was told they're addressing this with on-going renovations) - speaking of coffee, there was none provided. You have to bring your own & filters too. ( There's a convenient lil' store across the street that serves coffee & breakfast, but you'll have to dodge traffic!) - room security could be better. There's no dead bolt or night latch. Also doors remain locked, so don't lose or forget your key!

This is an early Lake George resort that has been upgraded and modernized. Very comfortable. Great location. Huge pool. Great Lake access. Very friendly staff. We have been coming to Lake George for 30 years and never stayed here before. Our mistake. We will be staying here again.

Needs an in room clothing rack. Apparently the racks are on order for the newly renovated room.
