This was the first time my husband and I stayed at a Courtyard by Marriott and it was everything we expected and more. The rooms were spacious and so clean (I judge this by what my socks look like after walking on the carpets and they were still white!), and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was always so helpful and friendly and greeted us every morning with a smile. The restaurant on site (Charlie's) was phenomenal and the Lake George Coffee is awesome! We ate breakfast at Charlie's every morning and our server Zach (Zacheriah) was amazing....so friendly and attentive!

The hotel staff is very pleasant. When we checked in Friday evening we walked into a room with two beds instead of one and they very quickly made sure to adjust our accommodations! Having a restaurant and bar on the property is great and convenient! We are early risers so being able to stay on property and eat breakfast at 7:30 is great! Food at the restaurant is very good! The bar tenders are attentive and very nice! We also greatly appreciate that they accommodate trailers and trucks for bike week as we prefer to not ride our motorcycle to the rally’s we attend.

I don’t think there is anything on the property that I don’t like. The only thing I can say that is more just a suggestion, adding gas fire places to the roof top like the restaurant has on the patio would make a nice touch. Also, adding maybe a small little bar / bartender up on the rooftop maybe a couple hours a night would also be nice. Again, there is nothing that I don’t like about the property.

Room/ bathroom very clean. Most staff very pleasant to us Maid stopped by to check to see if we needed anything even though our stay was short and we wouldn’t be getting an actual cleaning that day ( every other day is fine with us )

Very surprised no safe in room - not even in a drawer. Little other decisions made to cut corners by builders like no shelf below sink to stash makeup/ shave stuff out of way. Almost no drawer space given it was a room with two queen beds but only two tiny dresser drawers. Simple / not easily changed stuff that may not matter to most people. Cook from kitchen randomly came out to yell at our server ( who was busy helping other people) that a meal was up.

The location was excellent. We walked everywhere while there. The beds were comfy.

The staff could have been more pleasant especially in the bar/restaurant area. The maid service picked up our room, but didn't replace the conditioner which was out in the bathroom. Nor did we get anymore coffee & coffee supplies & when we went to reception to get some, they tried to give lame excuses!!

Becca on the Front Desk was as good as any Hospitality Representative as I have encountered. The Room was as spacious and comfortable as We could have hoped for. Very Clean and All the hotel staff from Housekeeping to Front Desk were amazing and very accommodating. The free Parking is an added bonus too The Food quality in the Bar and restaurant was excellent.

The service in the Coffee Shop and Charlies Restaurant was very spotty, unfortunately. Would have loved an outdoor pool, but we knew this ahead of time.

The lounge area was large for the family to gather before and after outings. Restaurant on site was great. We had all our meals there. Staff were excellent and friendly. Indoor pool was great for relaxing after all the outings. Location was perfect and close to everything.

The beds were too firm for us and the upholstered chair in the room had stains on it everywhere.

The Staff was wonderful. Almost all of the staff greeted us whenever we went passed them. The room was quiet. We never heard any inside guests coming or going out of their rooms. The hotel was in walking distance to almost everything in the downtown area. Would definitely stay there again.

Can't name a thing I didn't like.

The staff was friendly and helpful. When we arrived before check-in, Kyle stored our luggage while we toured the area, which was great because we ubered in and didn’t have a car for storage. The bartender was very professional and knowledgeable about the area. The room was beautiful with a spectacular view!

The long wait time for breakfast was disappointing but we had dinner at the restaurant that evening and the food was excellent!

Location, set up, the restaurant, breakfast to go area, and the bar that are not part of the hotel but are there on the property. The rooms were spacious. We had one with a deck on the second floor overlooking the lake where we played cards before dinner. Free parking right in front of the hotel doors

The staff was welcoming and very friendly The room was ready before our check in time and very clean indeed We had a room with a balcony facing the lake and we enjoyed that a lot

The coffee choices were quite poor We would gladly pay a bit more for a decent cup of coffee
