Lovely renovated and very well maintained accommodation with a certain charming retro vibe. There are still actual keys to access the units. We appreciated that the pool was heated. The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Everything was fine. Sustainability could be improved by providing recycling bins and toiletries like fixed refillable bottled of shampoo and body wash.

Excellent location, within walking distance to Lake George village. I have sensory processing disorder and requested a quiet room; I was very grateful to be in room 111 which was at the end of a row. Our room was spotless with great facilities - fridge, microwave, coffee maker and exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows. Great for families, on site there is a heated pool, shuffleboard, corn hole, board games, picnic tables and bbq facilities as well as a campfire at night. Much more than I was expecting considering what we paid. We will definitely be back.

Noise travelled easily between rooms; we were on the bottom floor and could hear the family on the top floor as well as the family beside us at night. I was prepared and brought earplugs and would advise you do the same. Furnishings are a little dated but it wouldn’t put me off coming back as the rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you could need and more.

Very close to downtown. Walking distance to everything in Village. Clean, very friendly staff. Reasonable rate based on the time of year, mid-summer. Parking was easy. Check-in was fast and easy. Bed was comfortable. Rooms were clean. We didn't use the pool, but many people did and it looked enjoyable. Nice place to stay in Lake George Village.

Not much.None of these would prevent us from going back, but some insights Shower head wasn't very powerful, we were on second floor and you could feel kids running by the room. Didn't happen often, but I could see how that could disrupt you if you were resting or sleeping.

The 2 bedroom cottage was perfect for our family of 4. We all had our own space and it was clean and ac was cold. The kitchenette is a great size. The outdoor amenities kept us entertained. We had our own parking spot too. My mom is handicap and she was very comfortable. Only thing was she couldnt wheel her wheelchair in because there was a step but we made it work.

Nothing it was perfect

My room was very very clean, the cleaning woman does an excellent job. The room had no bad smell. It was a beautiful place !! The heated pool was wonderful.

Some of the parking spaces.since I am not any good at parallel parking. Also for 3 days there were no decaf coffee. Since Breakfast was not included Maybe a discount given to an area restaurant . Staff could be a little bit knowledge about events ie: concerts, fireworks, going on in the area. The route where the trolley goes.

Helpful and cheerful staff, room very clean, beds comfortable, great location. The pool was clean and never crowded.

Our only complaint was the very old A/C in our room, which even when set to the lowest setting was incredibly loud to the point we had to put close-captioning on the TV if we wanted to watch LOL, and it was very difficult sleeping. We visited during a heat wave so the A/C was a must. Family in other rooms had a newer model A/C and did not experience the same issue.

This place was just perfect. First very smooth check-in and out, staff very friendly. Surroundings were very safe to walk, restaurants and bars are close by. Parks and activities on the lake right in front. Room was clean. Pool was open (heated) and clean. The campfire for everyone and grills to do bbq. Definitely going back, 100% recommend.

We love staying here. It’s cute, cozy and very clean! It’s walking distance to all shops and restaurants. The pool is warm. The grounds are cozy, lots of chairs,picnic tables,and grills to cook out. We love sitting outside early morning and night and each room has two chairs for you to sit.

Nothing bad to say about this place. We come every year and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. My only complaint this time was the ac was a little loud and made it difficult to sleep.

The establishment was great, and the staff was accommodating. On our first night the air conditioner, and some lights when out, so it was very hot in the room, which was out of the management's control. The next day I reported the matter, they stated that they contacted an electrician to take care of the issue, which they had never dealt with before. They immediately asked if I wanted to wait for the electrician to take care of the issue or be transferred to another room. I requested to be transferred, which they immediately did and gave me a better private room.

The electrical issue, but they handle it professionally.

Room was clean, location was conveniently located near the Village. Roof overhang was great, if you wanted to sit outside your room if it was raining.

Bed linens had too much bleach from washing. Kept me from falling asleep. Outside ice machine needs attention, very dirty, and Bird droppings near the ice outlet.
