Clean and quiet room. Close to all the activity in Lake George.

There didn't seem to be any staff on site. The office door was locked the whole time with no staff around. Also, there isn't much privacy in the pool area. The pool is located right next to the intersection of 2 roads. My wife is smoking hot with a killer body, so when she was walking around the pool area it was creating traffic problems. Guys kept stopping their cars in the road and almost caused several accidents.

Convenience - it was an easy walk to town / shops. Worth the price we paid; it wasn’t a five star resort but for the price we paid it met our needs and expectations.

The toilet would easily clog and they must have known because they kept plunger in the bathroom and the hand towel rail by the sink was loose and fell off just from breathing on it. Also the towels could use some fabric softener because they were extremely abrasive. Finally when doing search of room before leaving to make sure we weren’t leaving anything behind we found a grape against the bed frame and needless to say we didn’t have grapes : (

It was a nice place, everyone was really friendly. The kids loved the pool..

I wished to have a room on the first floor but when I booked I didn't see an option to request any preferences so I figured I'd wait until I got there. I've never booked a vacation alone so I really just didn't know. But this has nothing to do with the staff or the location. I have lupus so the stairs are a bit harder. I asked once I got there and realized it was a second floor room but was told they couldn't change anything. I understand completely but was bummed.

I like to sit by the pool and watch the heavy lake george traffic go by! Exotic cars motorcycles etc. Once in your room you cannot hear the traffic. Great view of Lake George village from the rooms porch.

The excessive plant watering dripping in the morning.

I was upstairs in room 19 and it was very clean, the WiFi was strong, everyone knows who goes to LG, some areas don’t get great reception the owners were very welcoming and helpful, they went out of their way to accommodate me. I absolutely loved the huge balcony, beautiful view I didn’t use it, but the pool was good size. The room has a slider besides the main door, goes out to another balcony with chairs for each person. They are right on the trolly line and it’s not a far walk

Very clean, convenient location within walking distance from main attractions, friendly service, loved the corner room with front porch and back terrace, enjoyed the pool as well, overall a wonderful stay, would definitely recommend and stay here again

Pillows too hard so not the most comfortable sleep, freezer's too small for our needs; also, not the hotel's fault but there is no safe pedestrian crossing from the hotel and people drive insanely fast, plus that creates some noise

The room was a bit outdated but clean and roomy. Great location to get around the Lake George area. Parking was adequate.

Parking is a bit cramped. A bigger refrigerator would have been nice. The noise from above woke us in our sleep.

Beds were comfortable. 4 pillows per bed. Clean. Looked freshly painted. Check-In was easy. Cold air conditioner. Standard cable 40” tv.

Limited but just enough parking. Front Desk Clerk was not very friendly. Didn’t make me feel like a welcomed guest. Not mean but very mechanical.

The room was as expected 2 double beds, Clean, fridge and microwave. Close to Lake George. Able to see the Thursday night fireworks from the motel roof Deck. The pool is very nice and very clean as well. The motel was also very quiet and peaceful. Good value for the money!

I would like a coffee maker in the room for morning coffee as the office was not open and it's a bit of a drive to go get coffee.

The pool, it was private and not extremely busy, the room were very comfortable and clean

The staff, they were often not present nor available. Also, the hotel is well situated but on a very busy intersection. It was hard to relax at the pool
