The grounds are beautifully landscaped and clean. The location is perfect. There was plenty of parking. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The breakfast was meh. They had eggs and sausage and waffles and fruit, which were ok. The coffee was terrible. Every day we had to go out for coffee because the machines in the rooms had “house brand” k-cups and the stuff in the breakfast room was weak. The price for the room doubled for Friday and Saturday night, which was steep for a fancy motel. The room’s a/c unit ran incessantly despite being on “auto” and there was a dehumidifier running, too (that had to be manually emptied).

I’ve been coming here for many years and I love it. It’s a great place to stay, because it feels like home. I can’t wait to come back in a few months. I wish I could come sooner. I visit Lake George one to three times a year and everyone here at Quality Inn recognizes me and is so friendly. Scott the manager, Joan the housekeeper, Janice the desk clerk, and now Nicole, the newest desk clerk. They are all great! And the location is primo!

The one thing that’s lacking here is a microwave. It would be so convenient for heating up take-out food!

This property was way above what we expected!! Beautiful is not saying enough pristine accomodations !!! We felt the staff was so friendly and accommodating cannot wait to go back again and spread the word on this gem!!!

The grounds and pool not mentioning the building in our book deserved an excellent all the way! One word immaculate and they are always working outside to keep it that way!

Everything in town was walking distance. We were asked to exchange two queens for a king. She called maintenance immediately to fix the toilet seat.

No microwave in the room. Had to go outside to access exercise room and microwave. Good thing it wasn't raining or cold. Toilet paper was very thin. Had to use triple the amount! Toilet seat was broken.

Very poor the processed egg pancakes were called. There wasn’t much there. Coffee was probably the best thing that’s it maybe because it was off-season. They didn’t do it very well, but I was not impressed at all. Like what could’ve been better about the breakfast

A little more variety and possibly some fruit

Location was perfect. Just enough steps away from all the action not to be too loud. The staff was curtious and went above and beyond to be helpful. Room, installations and grounds spotless.

The only reason we did not rate it a 10 is because the 2 last days a group of loud, raucous bikers came in. So it's not really the hotel's fault.

We really love this place. Close to town, staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast was great with sausage and eggs, English muffins, and great coffee & orange juice. We used the pool every day and meet some nice people, very friendly. We will be back soon for another stay.

Spacious and clean rooms. Location fantastic and property well maintained

Breakfast was fine - but could have been managed better. It took a long time to replenish syrup, coffee and you had to notify staff who were on their phone.

We loved the location!!! We are close enough to the village that we could walk to most activities. We also loved the balcony set up and the pool/hot tub. The rooms were clean and the staff was great- you can actively see them working hard to maintain the property.

The pool hours- we would have preferred to go night swimming when all the kiddos from other visiting families were in bed. Being limited to dusk was kind of a downer.

Breakfast was typical continental breakfast. I like the pool and location of the hotel.

Check in was very confusing. We checked in yet I got a phone call Friday night asking if I was still going to check in at the hotel. The same question was asked about when my son was going to check in yet he too was already checked in. Very confusing and strange that they were not already showing us as checked in to their hotel.
