Location was good - because I like to park and then walk to what I want to do Value was great, People were pleasant Services - I liked that I could come back at the end of the day and get a drink at the bar and relax on the patio by the firepit - met other people.

Overall everything was great - the only thing that could have been better - The Bathroom is very tiny, no counter space or towel rack, had to keep toiletries out in the room and bring back and forth. The bathroom was very clean though so you just deal with it. They also put plenty of towels in the room - other hotels I have had to ask for towels as they don't leave enough for number of people.

Rooms are cute, comfortable, and clean. Loved the decor. Bedding and towels are good quality and soap, shampoo, conditioner are provided.

Room was very clean with the exception of the brown wood laminate flooring. Grabbed a few baby wipes to wipe up some cookie crumbs on the floor from my daughter and when I looked at them after they were dirty/black. Our feet/socks the same. Wiped other areas to see and had the same outcome, dirty/black wipes. Ended up wearing crocks while in the room. Vacuuming is one thing but laminate flooring needs to be washed, especially when you’re walking right into your room from the outdoors. Other than the dirty floor the room was very clean.

Some stayed in the motel-style rooms with two full beds—these rooms were a bit smaller than the queen rooms in the main hotel building, but they felt newer and well-maintained. The queen rooms inside the hotel were much more spacious, and the king room came with a generously sized jacuzzi, which was a great bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to the nighttime security guard—he made laugh, checked in regularly, and was exceptionally kind and helpful. The property had great amenities, including both indoor and outdoor pools, which was perfect since it rained two out of the three days we were there. There were also grills available for barbecuing (note: they’re charcoal grills, not gas, so bring your own charcoal). We really enjoyed the picnic area in the back, which was perfect for group meals and relaxing outdoors. It was also a walking distance from everything. All in all, it was a great experience and our whole group was happy with the stay. Would definitely recommend!

There was a noticeable smell in the lobby when we first arrived, which was a bit concerning—it might be due to the carpet. However, once you get past the lobby, the rest of the property smells clean and fresh, and the issue isn’t noticeable anywhere else. It didn’t affect our overall stay, but it’s worth mentioning.

The place was great. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The indoor pool was amazing and very relaxing. The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere we needed to, it is very close to the main board walk. The price was great & I do recommend booking online as it was cheaper that way. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel & I be staying there in the future as well.

The only minor inconvenience was the faulty fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. The staff resolved the issue & was very apologetic.

Outdoor pool was big, Bar side pool was nice amenity, a lot of parking, balcony in every room. My room was spacious, the café had good prices, the cleaning crew is chefs kiss, the lady asked me daily if I needed anything, and I did. And she had what I needed for my hair and towels.

I didnt like that the inside pool was outdated, and the indoor restaurants were only open pending more than 50 reservations. The reservations didnt include breakfast, in building i was was a bit far from pool.

Was Told It Was A Non Smoking Resort. Even Had To Sign A Form. Stating We Wouldn't Smoke On The Property. Yet We Saw Cigarette Butts All Over The Property. We Were Woken Up To The Horrible Smell Of Cigarette Smoke. Which I Happen To Be Highly Allergic To.

Rooms need a more thorough cleaning. Around the edges of the bed, tables in room. Bathroom wall near toilet was disgusting-sorry to say. Walls need a paint job Balcony/porch needs a cleaning and sprayed with bug spray. We could not open the door bc it was covered in spider webs outside. Shame bc this could be an awesome place. Others travelers were complaining by the pool also about cleanliness 😔 All in all, I would return

Having both indoor and outdoor pools for flexibility according to the weather conditions is great. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We've been opting for the room with the heart shaped tub which is on the ground floor with a gliding door to its outdoor patio; great for my wife with mobility issues and is also easier for bringing in our luggage. The past three years we have been going to another hotel/motel for their breakfast buffet, but after having breakfast at the Tiki's cafe and being dissatisfied with the other hotel's buffet this trip, we have resolved ourselves to eat breakfast at the Tiki for now on. The food offerings are plentiful and more like home cooked and the wait staff at the Tiki is also friendlier as well. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive and being from Jamaica she was a perfect fit for the Tiki's island theme. Great location as well; not on the water front but very close and only minutes away by walking.

Nothing other than really nit-picking which could be true for any hotel/motel during peak periods such as Lake George this time of year. Our room's sliding door to the patio had a broken latch which a call to the desk generated their maintenance person to be at our door within ten minutes to make repairs.

The room was excellent, with a massive bathtub and shower, 2 sinks, and a fridge. The patio was a bonus, with two chairs. There was no table outside, but there was an extra small table in the living room area that worked nicely. (I am not sure if that was its purpose.) The dining/work table was perfectly positioned for eating, working, or sitting to apply makeup. The jacuzzi tub (if that is its brand) had new controls on the wall. The same controls operated the lights which was a nice touch. The restaurant has a small but more than satisfactory menu. Portions are very large but there is an ala carte menu if you want a smaller meal. The coffee was really good, Kona I believe. One last item is the exterior doors are extremely quiet when you swipe your card. In one respect, it's nice but the first time trying the door is confusing because there is no audio queue like a tick or a beep. I am sure this is to keep sleeping guests happy, but it seemed odd at first. This item is a little good and a little odd.

The bathroom fan was loud, but you didn't have to turn it on. The coffee in the room was just ok. Go to the restaurant if you want good coffee. This one room has gate in front of the patio area which provides access to all of the other guest's patios, making it a high-traffic area. It isn't "a bad thing", but if you leave your curtains open, you see all the other guests walking by.

The staff was very friendly. Great location and value along with the island theme make for a wonderful visit. Located on the main road leading into town and the water front.

The buildings need some sprucing up and/or repairs (the fence railing outside the first floor of the rear building needs reattaching to the concrete wall and the patio chair legs were broken). The cafe was scaled back with fewer menu selections than last year.
