A pleasant surprise. I really wasn't expecting anything great from this hotel as I had booked a little late and the majority of hotels were already booked, it being both in August and racetrack season in Saratoga Springs. But the hotel itself was very nice and accommodating. The location to the town of Lake George (shops/restaurants/park) was literally walkable from this hotel, and the interstate was maybe one mile away. The staff was very pleasant and the meal we had in the hotel restaurant was exceptional. The fire pit was a nice touch also.

Very clean and new. Staff was professional and friendly. This is our GO-TO hotel when we are in Lake George.

There were no out lets for cell phone charging, a maintenance person had to locate a portable one and install it in our room. He said that previous guests have taken them when they left. We had trouble with the TV, every once and a while a commercial would come on screen from left to right and block the program picture, maintenance had never seen this happen before and we could not figure it out. It was annoying during watching a program. No hooks in the bathroom to hang cloths when taking a shower.

Loved the facilities, pool, park, and many more activities for children. Staff was friendly and accommodating, checked me in quickly. Breakfast was delicious and would recommend opting in for free breakfast as it was $36 for two people but in my opinion tasty so not a bad deal for us. They also accommodated my request for a crib and had it in the room in a timely manner and it was clean. Note to parents the crib is metal not wood which didn't matter to us but if you do I'd recommend your own pack and play.

we asked for additional towels one morning and they never arrived, but we are not difficult people and made due. I can imagine this being an issue if you are staying for an extended period of time. We only stayed one night and called in the morning, I'm assuming staff is busy cleaning rooms so communication must have been missed. Room were clean for the most part, but like any hotel some things like the curtains had minimal mystery stains. This is a hotel that accommodates families and small children so that comes with the territory. Not any where near being a deal breaker but if I am nit picking that is what stood out.

Choice for continental Breakfast is not reach, but omlettes were great; Rather far from the lake; 15 minutes walking distance to the beggining of the lake, and on return way the road goes uphill to the hotel No shatteles to lake, to the city, to the beach

Pool and hot tub were great, disappointed in breakfast. Otherwise room, staff and everything else was great

we were very disappointed in the fact that there was NOT a complimentary breakfast included for the price paid. We always look for the breakfast at hotels we stay in. Yes, there was a restaurant but did not want to pay that price for a piece of fruit, toast or maybe some scrambled eggs. Will look for complimentary in the future. We booked online and it made it sound like breakfast was included. I guess we need to learn to read the small print. was very disappointed in that there was no breakfast included.

Lovely view from lobby area. Breakfast was great. A good selection of both hot and cold foods. Really enjoyed the omlette station. My kids and husband loved the free ice cream at 3pm. The many craft activities were perfect for my children who are 6 and 8. The poolside trivia and twice weekly manager's reception were fun too. My son enjoyed playing with the giant chess set and mini putting green. Overall, I found the resort to offer lots of great activities and to be generous with complimentary food. The hotel and grounds looked updated, clean and well -kept. Bottom line: a good value!

The rooms were a little tight for a family of 4. No hooks in the bathroom. Music by the pool would have been nice. Pool was too small for the number of people. Add more loungers as it was sometimes hard to get one.

The facility was absolutely amazing and very kid friendly. The facility included indoor and outdoor pool, a sauna, a outdoor jacuzzi, small children pool a basketball court, people size chess board, firepits for smores, kid playroom, several mini golf courses and much more. The location was very convenient one block from the arcade and the trolie ride was just outside the door. The breakfast was delicious and full of choices. The rooms were clean and the staff were very kind and helpful we asked them for several recommendations and directions and they were very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely great time just wish we were able to stay longer.

It was very clean. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. Plenty of areas to sit and relax (outdoor fire pits, lobby area, pool). Restaurant and bar were great!

Noise level in the evening. Apparently there was a hockey tournament in town, so the kids were running around unsupervised. The people in adjoining room were very loud, so it was difficult to sleep. Next time, I will be sure to ask that I am not in an adjoining room unless I am with a group.

We had a fantastic stay. Everything from the lobby, to the pool, to the grounds was neat and clean. Rooms are not super fancy, but comfy and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great. Free coffee in the morning, and fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. Fire tables, beautiful fire pit. Plenty of space for kids to play and parents to relax and sit and watch them. 5-15 min walk to restaurants, downtown, convince stores, etc.

Loved the proximity to the center of town. The outdoor hot tub and fire pit was great. Lobby staff (Becky) was amazing and greeted me by name every time I walked by.

They offer a ‘s’mores fire pit’, meaning not gas like the bigger one. Except that they use manufactured quick lite slow burning logs. Which are highly toxic so we couldn’t actually make smores. We asked for real logs but they only offer the fake logs
