This was our second time at The Studio Motel! We love the quietness, but closeness to town, the pool, the rooms are cute and clean! The check in process is seamless, the cost was phenomenal, and the other guests were all pretty quiet. There are BBQ grills (charcoal) and locations to have gatherings, and the staff is attentive!

There is no much to complain about! The place is quiet and maintained, but for things like extra toilet paper you have to go to the office because there is no daily housekeeping (but I cannot complain because it keeps cost down!)

The staff were extremely friendly. The pool and grounds were very clean and well kept. The location was great. You were very close to the lake, shops and restaurants without being right in the midst of the noise and traffic of the main street The price of the room was reasonable.

Although the room was a good size neat & tidy, it could use a remodel. The carpet and furnishings have seen better days. The toilet seat needs to be replaced (it wasn't dirty, just very worn) as does the shower curtain. One thing to keep in mind is to ask for a first floor room if you have mobility issues. Our room was on the second floor, and there was a flight of outside steps to climb.

Checking in was a breeze and when you i checked in i was given two baseball hats that had the hotels name on them, which was a great surprise. The room was on the bottom floor so it was very easy to get to and the room was very clean. There was also ample parking available which made it very nice. There was picnic tables with grills so if you wanted to cook out you were able to. The pool was located within a short distance from all of the rooms and there was swings and a playground for the younger children. There was also chairs outside of my room so you could sit outside by your room and enjoy the nature of the area around you.

My only complaint where the pillows were hard, and the blankets were very, very thin, the nights we spent. There were very Chili and could have used more blankets. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were amazing from the moment we got there man that greeted us was friendly an extremely helpful. I had to go to the front desk at 9 PM one night because we had run out of toilet paper, and the lady that came out front to help me was beyond helpful, they are literally the nicest people at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at !!!! I’ve stayed there four times and I definitely recommend this place!

The pillows are very hard, and since the heat was turned off, it was very hard to get warm with the thin blankets

This was a clean and cute motel with multiple units, not too far from the "main" attraction (shops, beach, restaurants, etc) areas of Lake George - not within easy walking distance, but short drive away. Our room was ready on time, and was quite large, though I think I had booked a suite as that was the only room available at the time; not sure if all rooms are similar sizes. We did not use the pool, but it looked quite nice, and for families, there is a little play structure as well. Lots of parking though depending on where your room is, parking may not be directly in front of your room. We had a jacuzzi in our room (suite?) which we did not use, but it looked clean. The rest of the room also was clean and well appointed, but not fancy. We had everything we needed for our short 1-night stay.

Felt kind of weird/old fashioned/not too safe having an actual key vs. a keycard, but all was fine. Could hear the footsteps from the upstairs neighbours, but it wasn't too disruptive. Decor was dated, but everything was in working condition.

The location was great. Arrived early and were upgraded to a suite due to availability. We We're checked in by a very pleasant gentleman that made us feel welcome. This Is an older motel with a variety of lodging options. The owners keep the property very neat and clean. We would highly recommend Studio Motel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and well maintained place to stay at a reasonable price.

There was a shower curtain rod that no longer had spring tension to hold it tight against the walls, so the rod sat on top of the tub unit causing the curtain to drag in the water while showering. Also, we would have liked some type of deadbolt on the rear door leading to a common deck shared by other guests.

The rooms were very clean. The pool was nice and heated. The location was in a secluded and quiet area. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were quite spacious. There was plenty of parking and our room in particular had a great view.

There was a lack of daily room cleaning, but that's ok, because towels were still replaced if placed outside the room in the morning. Driving in and out of the lot was a bit confusing at first, as the road near the office is the entrance while the road on the poolside is the exit.

We loved the location and the peaceful surroundings. The rooms were big and set up great. It was clean fresh comfortable and convenient to get to the village.The price was great and it was a wonderful place to stay. . And the staff was friendly and helpful as places we asked about seeing during our stay.We will definitely be booking our next stay with this motel. We loved it. We have been visiting Lake George every summer for 10 years and am so glad we found The studio Motel this year. It's going to be our go to every summer

Room was neat and clean. We were expecting a normal hotel room with maybe a microwave and refrigerator. Imagine our surprise when we found drop in two burner cooktop along with microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator. We ran to the local Price Chopper and picked up breakfast items and snacks. I was also amazed that they had updated and added electric vehicle charging stations. Staff was very very friendly.

There was a broken drawer on the dresser. Bathroom was small with no counter area. Other things made up for it.

The room was incredibly clean….. Shawn was exceptional at the Front Desk…..VERY helpful…. REALLY liked the idea of having quiet hours….. TERRIFIC location without the noise of the village….. We have already made reservations to return next month….

Have decaf coffee along with the regular coffee packets….and more than just two packets for those folks staying longer than one or two days…. Have an additional shampoo for those folks staying more than one or two nights….
